Friday! Full up all week now we can unwind and cook. Have just finished a pita bread dough that will ferment for 2 hours (when the dough has risen, I will mix in a little more flour and let it rise again). Two new beers purchased. Sweden against Canada and I hope it goes better for Sweden with the beer compared to the ice hockey championship where Canada defeated Sweden. First out is Canada and the Brewery Collective Art. Love this brewery and this beer is called IPA No 20, 6.5%. Nuanced, fruity, hop-aromatic taste with hints of light bread, orange, passion fruit, pineapple, herbs, mango and pine resin. Very good but can it win against Swedish Omnipollo or will it be just like with the name, "I'm with stupid"? #Beer #Food
