I asked the children what they wanted to eat for supper, there was a screaming: "Homemade baguette!". Sure, why not? But I myself plan to make steak sandwiches. Back to baguette, easy to make. Mix 25g yeast with 3DL ”fingerwarm” water, add a pinch of salt and sugar, 2 tablespoons olive oil and an egg. Whisk together and add 8DL flour (a little at a time ..). Let the dough rise for an hour, beat it down, add a couple of tablespoons of flour and leave the dough to rise for another two hours. The dough should bubble and it should be loose, a little stringy and wonderful! #Food
