Stigbergets Brewery, Syndafloden, Kveik IPA 6.0%. New interesting release from my Swedish favorite brewery. Kveik is a Norwegian collective name for a yeast strain from the beginning where / is a yeast strain that was used in homes to brew beer. You had different ways to preserve the yeast strain and in Norway you had a wreath that you always threw in the tub to speed up the fermentation. It was picked up and dried and used again next time. #Beer
