Potatoes, but not just any potatoes! Swedish fresh potatoes. The first for this year. Boil gently and serve with butter, so delicious! Still quite expensive. When we celebrate Midsummer in Sweden, we buy lots of this delicacy, at a fraction of the price I gave today. We have an abundance of fresh potatoes around midsummer. #Food

Hh, than I'm doing something wright.... (I think...) Midsummer for me is about new potatoes as well! (*speaking of kitchen) Here what I usually do: I just wash them, and without pealing them I cut them in half. Rub them with olive oil, a couple leaf of rosemary a gorgeous pinch of oregano, crunchy sea salt and into the oven! Toss them a couple of time (maybe just for the heavenly smell) and oooh boy... lovely light festival in the evening! ... and served with dry cider >D
