Glad midsommar! / Happy midsummer! A day that we take extra seriously in Sweden. Usually we go out and meet a lot of people, dance and sing around the midsummer pole. But since we are still in a pandemic, we go on a picnic in the forest instead. Sausage and creamcheese sandwiches, fruits and ”french toast” made on leftover bread edges from yesterday. Mix the edges with milk, eggs, sugar and cinnamon. Fry them crispy! And tonight, of course, there will be meatballs! 😊
