Gooseberry. Thrives well in the Swedish climate. One of them all berries that I long to pick this summer. There were plenty of bumblebees in the bush but no one wanted to be in the picture. I make juice, jam and marmalade from the berries. Have also experimented with pickling them in syrup together with habanero. Takes taco’s to a new level. Summer, I'm waiting for you!
