I love when I can buy locally produced products. This sour beer is made in Dalsjöfors, located on the outskirts of Borås, Sweden. There is also good fishing water 😄. Proton Brewery is a brewery in Dalsjöfors run by Kristoffer Drotz. In 2020, a Tap Room was also started to be able to hold beer tastings in the brewery. This beer has a berry, sour taste with a little saltiness, hints of forest berries, vanilla (strong taste and aroma) and citrus. #Beer
