Omnipollo Brewery. Started in 2011. This beer, Fatamorgana, was the beer that took me to the enchanted IPA world. The taste is brutally hop-fruity with fruits, but almost no bitterness at all. Sour fruits. Ripe mango. Green bananas. Lime. It is really sweet, but there is enough bitterness for it to be drinkable and creates a nice balance. #Beer
