I have a hard time describing this dish in words. A must if you like gorgonzola cheese. Baked in an oven on a bed of tomatoes and beef. A little sweetness from the tomatoes makes the sauce divine. Gorgonzola au gratin beef. Wish you all an awesome Saturday evening! #Food
