Possible effects of digital world on our culture
There wasn't a phone, it was just telephone and it would be in the house of wealthy men or in some high ranked offices. There wasn't a television to watch, only wealthy men would watch all day. If we have to watch, then we either have to gather where there is television or have to pay and watch. I can still remember how i used to walk a long way even to 1 or 2 a.m with my family just to watch movies. We rarely have time to watch television or get ourselves lost in our phone.
There was no phone, no television and the world was not digitalized at that time. Somehow those days are good and graceful. For now, there's no time for meals. People are engaged so much in watching television or playing mobile phones. They become so much fashionable that they forget what they should be wearing and why country they are from. If I'm not wrong, we have forgotten how to pray as well. Do you ever attend some occasions and events? Do you see how they are singing national anthem? There would be already recorded background player where audience don't bother need to sing.
Aren't we forgotten that see were taught? Nobody sings, there would be but very few. Actually, we were supposed to learn and sing.
If not why do we carry prayer books in school and woke up even at 3a.m running towards multipurpose hall just to attend the morning prayer? Didn't we learn that we should do it by ourselves? We should have played background music by that time too. Even though when it comes to personal interviews, we hardly know the sentences and stanzas
Everything has become so easy for us now but will not be blunder for for us next time because we don't know anything. It's all recorded.
People tends to forget their arts and culture in most circumstances
It's really affecting us badly, let's endeavor to be social-free or spend less time on our mobile phones and laptops. What we've got to do on time, we keep procrastinating everytime just like my previous created article. Postponing what we ought to do or have done...
Thanks for taking your time in reading this content of mine. How're you guys doing? Y'all should stay safe!!!

Procrastination
We all procrastinate in one way or the other
Procrastination is the act of putting off work for no particular reason. Some guides and experts say that you're procrastinating when you're not doing a task that needs to be accomplished by a certain deadline.
That's a false definition. It implies that we're not procrastinating as long as we get the work done. If that's true, most people don't procrastinate, which is of course not true.
Infact a recent research study I made showed that 88% of all people admit to procrastination at least I hour a day. That's more accurate. Why???
Because we all delay or postpone a task for no reason. Sometimes we start a task or project but we end up delaying the work. We don't get it done.
In the workplace, we procrastinate in the same way. How often have you delayed work on a project until the last minute? Again this pattern is not only limited to education and work. In our personal lives, we do same everytime.
When you delay a work for a good reason, you're not procrastinating. What's the good reason? When your work improves daily with the delay. However, most of our works does not get better by delaying it. It would probably be worse because of entropy.
Some people say that they love deadlines and claims that's what fuels them to do good work. But it's not a sustainable way of living and working. When you're closer to your deadline, and you haven't done anything, you experience more stress. While stress may improve your concentration, it also had negative effects on your long term well-being. Long term chronic stress, can lead to depression, anxiety, heart disease, high blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythms, heart attacks, obesity, eating disorders and other health problems.

**Benefits of stopping procrastination**
Procrastination is an inner struggle that can seriously destroy our overall well-being. There are three main benefits to beating procrastination:
**Lower anxiety:** The more we procrastinate, the longer we wait to get started with important things, the more anxiety and stress we have
**Higher self-discipline:** Procrastination is not only a time management problem, one of the biggest reasons we procrastinate is low self-discipline. The main benefit of beating procrastination is that you automatically increase your self-discipline.
**Better work:** People who don't procrastinate accomplish better work. When you work with less stress, anxiety and high self-discipline, you give yourself the chance to do the better work.
Let's endeavor to take heed to the above procrastination-free methods
Procrastination is not a problem we should take slightly.
