Materials: Peanuts - 2 cups Pesto nuts - 2 teaspoons Molasses - 1 cup Ghee - 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom - 4-5 (powder) Preparation: Heat a pan and fry the nuts. If it turns reddish brown, turn off the flame. Take half of the fried nuts. In a large pan add ghee, molasses and 1/4 cup water. Stir until the molasses melts. After 6 to 7 minutes, stir in the almonds and cardamom powder. Put ghee on a plate. Once the mixture thickens, pour it on a greased plate. Place a butter paper on top and level the sand with a bread balloon. While it is still hot, cut it into pieces with a knife. Serve the funky almond-molasses cutlet.

I have all ingredients in my home except Molasses . ..i dont have any super shop near me ..if i can mange the ingredient i will surely make it
