Can someone tell me how and when this big tips for hearts have been implemented? I've been playing Splinterlands all the time ;-)

Nothing was announced officially. We only knew this "new tipping experiments will be done. We don't have to know the details" Crazy tips ranging up to $1.50 happened few days ago. Now they're ok. I think withing $0.001-0.25 range. Just my observation...
