@Firenze more from that month

Our cousin called us this afternoon to tell that our granpa is gone. :( He's 92 yrs. old and been suffering from pneumonia and asthma early this year. He was treated at home coz he already has this even before covid. His children including my mom doesn't want him to be admitted to hospital because they're afraid that he will get the virus. These past few months our clan (mother side) have a monthly or even weekly contribution for his oxygen. He always tell his children that he doesn't want to go yet. So we did our best to finance his medications and all. But he's now at peace. When I heard the news, I prayed and the only thing that I said was " no more pain Lo, oh wag mo mamimiss ang also and yosi, wala nyan dyan, kota is an daw" It's just sad that we can't go there. We have relatives there, his 3 children and their families are there, but he has 11 children, and there nothing we can do because of the current situation of pandemic. The feeling is just heavy... * These photos were the last moments we had with him. His children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren gathered and celebrated his 90th bday, year 2019. Its like a mini reunion.
