The volatility of the cryptocurrency markets is often a subject of discussion and frustration for newcomers and veterans alike. But one thing is for certain: it’s not for the faint of heart. However, if you must endure this volatility, you’ll need a calm mind to make it happen. If you don't have a calm mind, you won't be able to get the wealth of cryptocurrency.

When I invest in crypto, I try to just HODL and not worry about the day-to-day price fluctuations. I invest in cryptocurrencies I believe in for the future, and trust that in the long term I will make money.
