Currently preparing breakfast. It will be fried plantains with rice and stew and some beef to complete the process. I got a gift of a bunch of plantain yesterday from a friend, I woke up this morning to see all the plantains ripen. If we leave the plantains they go bad, so we decided to fried them all. So, it's plantain eating feast this morning. You are invited to the feast.
