I think people need to be educated on how to use a wallet. I have been seeing several posts on someone losing BCH due to a loss of a phone. One thing I can say with Bitcoin.com wallet you can never lose your money even lost your phone and you don't have your seed phrases of your wallets. I have changed phone three times and I have never needed seeds phrases to restore my wallets, all I do was to restore from email cloud backup

glad you've had success with cloud storage, but it is not as safe as having your seed phrase stored on paper somewhere offline.
