A study at a medical school recommends that people who exercise suddenly avoid participating in strenuous physical activities. Good physical condition does not affect the danger. The ECGs(Electrocardiograms) of forty-four healthy firefighters indicated that thirty-one of them developed abnormalities after suddenly starting an ongoing exercise. This sudden onset can lead to anemia in the coronary arteries and a heart attack. This can happen even if the arteries are not blocked abnormally. Studies recommend that you do a warm-up activity before any strenuous exercise
