Never give up
It's been a while on readcash. How are you all doing? I hope you're all doing well and great. Regardless of the BCH dip, we remain positive because it's just a phase.
Today, I'll be writing on not giving up.
One of the easiest statement that can be made is not to give up. It takes a great deal of determination and resolve for a person not to give up.
I know there are so many people who have been told that they were lazy or they were not good enough but the truth is that it takes a great deal of determination and resolve for a person not to give up. Because even during the parts of our lives where we are successful, there will still be those who wants us to fail.
Most people would just give up but I believe no matter how many times you fall, you get back up knowing deep in your heart that you are trying to achieve your goals.
When you make a mistake, that’s when you learn the most. So don’t give up, because mistakes are what make us human.
The key to success is never giving up.
No matter what challenges or obstacles that may come your way, never give up on your dream.
There are people who are willing to give up after failing to accomplish something, this is one of the reasons why success is not achieved. In the world today, there are lots of opportunities to do various things and there are lots of people pursuing their dreams. Nowadays, more people are trying to start their own own business. However, even after all the hard work they put in they are still not successful. It may be possible that the thing they are doing is not what they really want, or it could be because they don't have enough capital to start the business.
However, if you want to achieve success, you need to be able to face all the challenges and eventually you will be able to achieve your goals. By saying this it is simply saying that frustration and discouragement should not be an excuse to give up on your dream.
The popular phrase 'Failure is not an option' doesn't apply all the time. Nobody really would like to fail, but it is a possibility that everyone should consider. Most people are afraid of failing. They don't want to get hurt, they don't want to embarrass themselves and they don't want others to see them as a failure.
The truth is that discouragement from failure is one of the reasons why people give up, nevertheless, it's not still an excuse to give up on your dreams. Rather you need to see failure as an opportunity for growth and improvement for yourself and for other people. Imagine how successful will be a person who has failed many times in their past, but persevered through all the disappointments.
Hence, you should always remember that failing doesn't mean you are a failure. Failure simply means that you need to revise your plan and try something new.

Don't make fun of people's mistakes
Good day guys, how are you doing today? I trust that you're having a great day. Let's quickly go to today's article.
Learning involves making mistakes and without making mistakes there is no learning at all. If you are learning to drive a car, you will make mistakes, which will enable you to learn. So, make a lot of mistakes with your writing and make as many as possible because that's the only way that you'll learn.
I've made so many mistakes that I've lost count. Every day I learn something new because every day I make a mistake.
You will make mistakes but it isn't anything to get concerned about. What is important is that you take those mistakes and learn from them.
The process of acquiring knowledge is a continuous process and continually growing. In the earlier days the influence of learning was mainly from the family. The family culture and religious practices have always been major sources of learning. Today, the influence of learning comes from many sources and that learning takes place in many settings. Educational institutions have always played a major role in the learning process however, todays schools and universities by no means have a monopoly on learning. Today, as learning becomes more and more decentralized and individualized there is greater freedom for learners to choose their own sources of knowledge and to control their own learning processes.
Combined with a general increase in educational attainment we see an expansion of knowledge acquisition settings and increased diversity of knowledge sources available to individuals. This is particularly important in an era where many learners are using multiple sources of information and are faced with the potential for information overload.
One of the important things we have to learn from our mistakes and if we don't, we'll never grow to be as successful as we could be.
It's in moments where we fail that we learn the most about what not to do. In fact, even making mistakes can be a learning experience. It's always smart to look at things from a different perspective and from different angles.
If you are like most people, you have often heard about the importance of learning from mistakes. It is almost like a mantra in today's society.
But what does it really mean to learn from your mistakes? Well, it is certainly not easy.
First, you need to identify that a mistake has been made. Second, you must ask yourself if there was a different path that could have been taken to arrive at a better outcome. Finally, you have to actually do something with the information you have gathered by looking at things differently.
Mediocre people have habit of ridiculing other’s mistakes. Successful people do not have energy and time to laugh at others mistakes instead they guide them to right path. Mediocre people do need to learn and guide through their own experience but it does not mean that they should laugh at others. In fact it is credit of a virtuous person to guide humbly rather than ridicule non-virtuous one.
Mediocre people have habit of ridiculing other’s mistakes. Successful people do not have energy and time to laugh at others mistakes instead they guide them to right path. Mediocre people are lazy. This is one of the habits. When they see other’s mistake, they start ridiculing that mistake for fun.
This brings two types of problems. One is that this habit of ridiculing other’s mistake brings no value to them. They are just laughing at that person’s expense. So if a person is doing wrong, they should try to convince him rather than laughing on his expense.
The second issue is that by laughing at others mistakes, we give the impression that we are successful and that we are standing on higher pedestal than others.
But the fact is that we are not successful or better than others. This is because our success is measured by others’ mistake and nothing else. So if we want to be successful, we should show people right path rather than laughing at their mistakes.

Give a helping hand
Good day guys, how are you doing? I trust that you're doing very great. Let's us go to today's article on helping others quickly.
Giving a helping hand is much greater and you will find yourself making decisions based on what is needed as a whole rather than needs based on fulfilling your own personal objectives. I truly believe that by giving, you will receive much more than what you gave. You will not only find your life becoming better but also it will change the lives of others around you.
The importance of our giving back is to emphasize the importance of showing compassion and doing good deeds to those who are in need.
Giving a helping hand is much greater and you will find yourself making decisions based on what is needed as a whole rather than needs based on fulfilling your own personal objectives.
This really can take you to the next level because you are doing something different rather than something that is expected of you. And you will find that you get so much more out of it than if you were trying to market yourself, or trying to be the best in your field , or trying to achieve something for yourself.
The key is to help everyone involved. If you are making people feel good , rather than doing something and expecting something in return which may or may not happen then they do not know whether they should expect anything back, or whether they even want anything back.
The outcome is better when you are giving back because it comes as a surprise. You can continue to do the same things over and over again and it might work for a while but eventually you have to change your approach. For me, I have decided to change my approach and give back more rather than focus on what I need from others.
Giving a helping hand is much greater and you will find yourself making decisions based on what is needed as a whole rather than needs based on fulfilling your own personal objectives. Just like that, you are doing what you love rather than what you want to do. You will be able to find yourself not wanting to take breaks because you know that there are others out there that need help.
I’ve always been someone who likes to help others. I help when I see someone in need, whether it is a stranger or a friend. I’m sure you feel the same way. I like to believe that helping others makes me feel good too. To help someone out is to make two people happy - the giver and the receiver of the good deed.
But not everyone feels this way. Some people might be too busy with their own lives and have no interest in helping others. If you feel that way, please let me challenge you to help others – even one person.
There are opportunities to serve people around us, to feed the hungry, to clothe the naked, to provide for the widow, to dry up the tears of the orphan, to comfort the afflicted. Kindness begins at home.
I have never believed that our time on this earth is wasted if we live it in service to others. Helping others is like helping ourselves, and there are opportunities to serve people around us, to feed the hungry, to clothe the naked, to provide for the widow, to dry up the tears of the orphan, to comfort the afflicted. Kindness begins at home.

Yes, He can
Good day guys, how are you doing today? I trust that you're doing great. I should have posted this article yesterday but for some reasons,I couldn't. Now, let's move to the article.
It doesn’t matter how big the sin is or how small, it doesn’t matter how long ago it was committed or how recently. It doesn’t matter whether it was spontaneous or malicious. God will forgive you if you come to him at the cross of Jesus Christ (1 John 1:9). But don’t just take my word for it. Take it from the New Testament that says “God demonstrated his own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8).
Today, a lot of Christians feel that only people within their church or denomination can be saved-–that you have to be baptized in order to be saved (Acts 2:38). Many Christians believe that God is a respecter of persons, that he has favorites to whom he gives saving grace, while others are left without hope (Proverbs 14:34). But many others have a different perspective on salvation because they understand better than most why Jesus had to die on the cross.
I know that seems too easy, but it really isn’t. There are plenty of things we do in our lives that we never tell anyone about. We bury them so deep that a lot of time we don’t even realize we did them until much later, if ever. The thing with those kinds of things is God already knows about them, and even though we may have forgotten about them, God hasn’t.
He knows everything you’ve ever done and everything you will ever do. He knows the times you lied to your mom. He knows the secret you accidentally told during a moment of anger to a friend at school. He knows exactly what you did with your boyfriend on prom night. I don’t know what you did or didn’t do, but I know with 100% certainty that God already knows and that it’s already been taken care of by the blood of Jesus Christ.
Satan knows that one of the most effective ways to hurt and discourage believers is to rob them of their assurance of salvation. After all, if we do not have the assurance of salvation, why should we even bother following Jesus? Satan tells us that we are never really forgiven, or that our sins are still there in God’s book, or that the reason we feel forgiven is because the guilt has been taken away but the sin is still there. Perhaps we have done things so terrible that God can never forgive us. In short, Satan wants us to believe that our sins are unforgivable.
Satan’s goal is to keep us in bondage and guilt, but God’s plan is to set us free. Jesus said, "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free" (John 8:31-32).
Here’s God’s free offer of forgiveness: We admit we were wrong, we repent (turn away from our wicked way), and we ask for forgiveness. That’s it. God will forgive you if you come to him at the cross of Jesus Christ. The Bible says that “He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9).
God’s grace is so great that it can cleanse the sinner from his sin so that he becomes a child of God. Even when we stumble, we can be forgiven still. This is exactly what we find in the story of King David (Psalm 51:1-19). David is a king, a leader, and a man loved by God. Yet, he sins and ends up committing adultery with Bathsheba, one of his loyal soldiers. When this happens, David recognizes his sin and confesses to his wrongdoing. As a result, the Lord forgives him (2 Samuel 12:13-14).
When King David sinned, he was aware that he had broken the covenant between him and God. He knew that he had to confess his wrongdoings and ask for forgiveness. However, he doubted—as many of us do—that the Lord would forgive him. Which is why David reminds us and teaches us to ask for forgiveness (Psalm 51:3). Even when we do something as serious as adultery, through God’s grace we can be forgiven still. Through this story, we see how God’s grace is so great that it can cleanse the sinner from his or her sins so that they become children of God.
Grace is an amazing gift from God, who desires to forgive us. Grace is the free and undeserved favor, or help that we receive from another person or from God.

Good day guys, how are you doing today? I trust that you had a great day. Let's move to today's article.
If we give, God will give back to us using the same measure we use to give.
There are a number of reasons why you should give even if you don't hear anything back from the giver or even if you never hear his name mentioned after you have given.
In this time of economic uncertainty, it is important to remember that the more we give, the more God will give back to us using the same measure we use to give.
If we give, God will surely reward us in the same measure we gave. Nevertheless, He'll still ensure to give you a hundred times more than you gave . It is not as though God needs anything from us, yet he is pleased when we give to others. These are not simply statements that I am sharing with you, they are truths.
This is the power of giving; it is the divine law of the universe.
Many people find it hard to give because of the uncertainty that the economy holds and the little resources we have at our disposal. If you do not give, you should not expect anything to be given back to you. The measure of our giving is determined by the heart of the giver, that's how God determines it.
Giving is a way of life for many people. There are those who give because it is the season for giving and there are some who give without expecting a reward in return. It is moral to give expecting nothing in return but when you give, do you really expect nothing to happen?
The outcome of generosity is never a sure thing. When we plan to be generous, we have to have the mindset that we may receive less in return but this will not deter us from giving. This is when we are putting God first and not our own selfish intentions.
When we lose sight of what the purpose of giving is and why we give, then we might as well stop giving because the more we do it with wrong motive, the less likely we will receive something in return.
When we think of giving, we tend to think in terms of monetary gifts. The most common type of giving, in this respect, is donating to a charitable cause. In fact, the whole purpose behind giving is to provide for the common good. Yet, giving doesn't necessarily have to be about money. To be sure, giving can take other forms as well.
The fact is that people give all the time. And it's important to realize that the act of giving can have a positive impact for both the giver and receiver.
One of the things that I have learned over the years is that when I am kind to, considerate towards and compassionate with others, I very often receive similar feelings and treatment in return.
This might seem almost like a cliche, or a simple theory that you never really get around to putting into practice. This is true for most people, except for those who consistently and regularly display such a quality of goodness and kindness. In fact, many people would say that we are only kind or generous because it makes us feel good to help others.
It is not even close to the mark. The real purpose of showing kindness to others is not so much that it makes us feel good, but that it necessarily has the effect of making them feel good as well. When we are kind to someone who we have injured or offended, who is much less fortunate than us financially or otherwise, or when we help someone who needs it, we are also often doing this for ourselves by creating a positive feeling within ourselves which then transfers outwardly through our actions and our interactions with others.

Plans
Good day guys, how are you doing today? It trust that you're having a great day.
Let's move to today's article.
God is more interested in you than you are in yourself. It doesn't matter who you are or what you've done, God just wants to help you grow.
In hindsight, I can look back and see that the direction my life has taken is a blessing, not because it has been easy, but because it has been what God wanted for me.
Let's face it not everything we wanted or imagined turns out the way we thought it would.
The plans we make for ourselves are often based on our desires, hopes, dreams and expectations. However, there will be times when things won't go as planned, when events will unfold and we'll be forced to take a different road from the one we had initially set our sights on.
I believe that such detours are blessings in disguise and that God can use these momentary setbacks to turn our lives around, leading us to a place that is better and happier than anything we could have imagined if we had continued down our original path.
Experience has taught me that you never know what's best for you, until you reach the end of your life and look back to see how all the pieces fit together. Therefore, it is important to learn to handle each day as it comes and make the most of it by looking to God and his plan for your life. We do not always know what is best. Do not become so focused on what you want, imagine or think your life should be, rather look to God and his plan for your life.
We do not always know what is best. Do not become so focused on what you want, imagine or think your life should be, rather look to God and his plan for your life.
In this journey of life, everything does not always turn out according to plan. In other words, what you want, may not be what is best for you. It is important to step back and take in the big picture of life as a whole and then take purposeful steps toward your goals. Acknowledging that there may be bumps along the way can help you stay positive and on track.
Others put too much emphasis on comfortable situations, which can lead them away from how God would have them live. Be sure to keep your focus on God's will and plan for your life and not what you want, no matter how wrong that may be.
Whether you are a new Christian or a seasoned believer, it is important to examine where your thoughts lead and if you do find yourself wanting things outside of God's will- take a step back from the situation and ask yourself why. Is it because you are too busy in this world's matters, or have too many needs? As a result of your focus- whether it is for the right reason or wrong- motivate yourself to seek out God's will for your life; remember that above all else- he loves you.
The path of life often bends in the most unexpected of ways, but with a strong will and following God's plan for our lives, we can learn to accept what comes our way and make the best of it.
It is funny how life falls into place sometimes when you are not really working to make it happen. The path of life often bends in the most unexpected of ways, but with a strong will and following God's plan for our lives, we can learn to accept what comes our way and make the best of it.
God is in control. God is always on time and he always gets it right. He knows the beginning from the end and all that's in between. He keeps our records straight and is on top of every detail.

The judge
Good day guys. How are you doing today? I trust you had a great day.
Let's move to today's article.
The least amount of judging we can do, the better off we are. Yet we often judge others, and don’t realize it. Regardless of the reason, but mostly because we don’t know their true story, we don’t have a right to judge anyone. We judge each other, because it feels good to make a judgement. Most of the time we feel like we have the right to judge, because someone is doing something that we find offensive.
People hardly realize their own mistakes; instead they strive to point out someone else’s.
I have used this saying on a number of people when they were trying to point out my mistakes. But when you look back at it, you'd realize that you must have done it as well. And that is when you'll realize that you were also involved in the same thing.
When people make a mistake most people try to cover it up or blame it on someone else. Most never face the fact that they have made a mistake and they become defensive when someone calls them on it. I had to choose whether to admit that I made a mistake or blame it on others. It was harder to admit to my mistakes but it is something I learned to do. Other people would find it easier to blame the mistake on someone else but by blaming another person for the mistake you are actually putting yourself in a worse position; if you were at fault then you are admitting that you did something wrong, but if you were innocent then you will be seen as a person who creates problems for others and you will lose your credibility in the long run. You cannot win for losing when you blame others for your mistakes.
When confronted with a mistake, most people go into denial or deflect the blame onto someone else. The only thing you can do is own up to it and make changes to not make the same mistake again.
In the face of offensive remarks, crude behaviors, or aggressive actions, you remain calm because they no longer trigger a sense of anger or outrage. Rather than silently berating others, you openly acknowledge that everyone has unconscious thoughts and feelings, and then you ask yourself why this person is behaving this way.
Taking responsibility for your own actions rather than blaming others for theirs allows your psychological defences to come down and your awareness to expand. You respond to the circumstances around you in a quiet, peaceful manner rather than becoming caught up in the intensity of strong emotions. You become more involved with what is occurring in the moment than with the thoughts or emotions related to it.
We have a tendency to judge others, it's because we are inherently selfish. If we feel something bad, we assume that everyone around us feels the same way. This is why many people do not accept their own faults, it's as if they were carved in stone. Apparently, we all have our own personal flaws and problems, but we do not judge ourselves as others do. We think that our problems are so unique that no one can understand them. Pain makes us defensive and unpleasant, so we immediately start demonizing other people who evoke our suffering. The more we blame others for their failure and troubles, the more justified we feel in our own shortcomings and mistakes.
Rather than unconsciously delighting in the ego gratification of judging others, you let your reactions and judgments help you achieve greater self-understanding. By objectively observing how your mind responds to other people and their behavior, you free yourself from unnecessary suffering.

Stay positive
Good day guys, how are you doing today? I trust that you having a great day.
Let's move to today's article.
A lot of us have faced a situation wherein we're at a lull with something that is happening in our life. It could be anything, from something minor to something bigger. The cause could also be anything, from someone that you know causing sudden changes in your life, to dealing with a slow change that is happening around you.
The thing is, we all feel the same pain and emotions when we're faced with something like this. People usually deal with their bad feelings and negative emotions by constantly thinking about them and mulling over them. They might not talk to anyone about it because they want to avoid confrontation.
The thing that they don't know is that they're hurting themselves even more by keeping everything bottled up. The saying, "If you don't open your mouth and speak, you'll choke yourself" is true in this case. You need to let out everything that you want to say or do so that it doesn't cling onto you forever.
Dwelling in the negative will only make you live the experience over and over again. Not only does it keep hurting, it becomes harder to get past the situation.
There are people that talk about staying away from toxic people, but sometimes we close ourselves off to other people because we're still hurt by how someone else treated us in the past.
What if you could only see the good in the world? What if the only thing you could see was all the good things waiting for you? My advice is to see your life as an unlimited resource of happiness waiting for you, instead of dwelling on what actually happened and hold yourself back from being happy in this moment.
One of the ways we have been able to break our cycles and live in a place of gratitude is by writing down three things we are grateful for each day. These could be anything from 'I am grateful for my health' to 'the sunshine that just broke through the clouds'. Whatever they are, write them down and practice gratitude.
It's understandable if you find the positive in a situation that seems unbearable, especially when you're going through a breakup, getting fired from your job, or dealing with any other painful situation. But I also know how rewarding and effective positivity can be.
When you're experiencing a painful situation, it's easy to get stuck in a negative mindset. Your mind is racing, you're playing the events over and over in your head and you're feeling helpless. Even a few hours can feel like an eternity when this is happening.
I've never been able to change anything by obsessing over it. And I've never been able to see myself feeling any better by imagining how bad I could feel. Only by changing my thoughts have I been able to start seeing myself in a more positive light and change my situation for the better.
I believe that the key to maintaining a positive attitude is to approach each and every situation with positivity.
Even if you are living from paycheck to paycheck, are in debt up your nose and don't know what paycheck will be your last, you have to remain positive. If you have a bad day at work, don't stay on that and be negative. Try to remain positive as much as possible. Don't allow your problems or bad days to consume you. If you've lost a few friends, don't give up and quit on the remaining ones. Always remember that the worst case scenario is never as bad as it seems.
As many of us know, sometimes the best answers to our problems are solutions that we didn't even know existed until we started searching for them.

Two Daring Partners Jumping to the Beat
Richard was thinking about Telma again. Telma was an adorable monster with vast eyelashes and fluffy hands.
Richard walked over to the window and reflected on his hatred surroundings. He had always loved beautiful Camborne with its misty, magnificent mountains. It was a place that encouraged his tendency to feel healthy.
Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the an adorable figure of Telma.
Richard gulped. He glanced at his own reflection. He was a generous, virtuous, wine drinker with sloppy eyelashes and spiky hands. His friends saw him as a jealous, joyous juggler. Once, he had even helped an ice-dancing deaf person recover from a flying accident.
But not even a generous person who had once helped an ice-dancing deaf person recover from a flying accident, was prepared for what Richie had in store today.
The snow flurried like shouting koalas, making Richard shocked. Richard grabbed a peculiar rock that had been strewn nearby; he massaged it with his fingers.
As Richard stepped outside and Telma came closer, he could see the quarrelsome smile on her face.
Telma glared with all the wrath of 4135 predatory frantic foxes. He said, in hushed tones, "I hate you and I want revenge."
Richard looked back, even more shocked and still fingering the peculiar rock. "Telma, I hate you," he replied.
They looked at each other with anxious feelings, like two frantic, flabby flamingos drinking at a very helpful dinner party, which had piano music playing in the background and two daring uncles jumping to the beat.
Richard studied Telma's vast eyelashes and fluffy hands. Eventually, he took a deep breath. "I'm sorry," began Richard in apologetic tones, "but I don't feel the same way, and I never will. I just don't hate you Telma."
Telma looked calm, her emotions raw like a thoughtful, testy torch.
Richard could actually hear Richie's emotions shatter into 5766 pieces. Then the adorable monster hurried away into the distance.
Not even a glass of wine would calm Richard's nerves tonight.
An uneasy task
Good afternoon everyone.
What a sunny day. I want start as I have always started by thanking my sponsors and those that will still join them followed by those that took their time to read my article and also upvoted. Thanks a million times.
Today has been so tedious and hectic. You may ask why because we are just in the afternoon but I only understand what I mean.
I know you might be wondering why I choose a topic like that "An uneasy task" and be wondering what type of content would be inside.
Now am going to be talking about responsibilities as an adult. I remember years back when I wast still little I was like any of my senior i see what I would first ask is money. Why money? Because as a child all I wanted was to always be collecting and not to be giving but now as an adult the table turns out the others way. I now see my younger ones asking me for money but I just look at them and say is that "all they know about is money". But no we were once like them and they would also be like us someday.
But my main focus is not on that. I remember vividly when I was a child I was always subject to some "responsibilities, rules and regulations" which we demanded freedom from. I will always say in my heart that immediately all this responsibilities drop from my head that would be all I will always be free from all disturbance but not knowing that am in for something greater.
We strive to become someone better on life and we have to pay the price. What is the price? The price is success. You have to be successful in everything you do.
Success is not just something that comes on a platter of gold. You have to sacrifice all within your disposal to become successful in life. Whenever am going to school I look at those selling in the hot sun. The question that comes to me is that. Didn't they go to school. Was that what they choose for themselves and the likes. But No!!! They didn't pay the price other people paid to become successful. Now imagine if an elderly man was telling you that Aliko Dangote was his secondary school class mate how would you feel like. You will be like why are not also like him even if you aren't up to him. They paid the price of being successful in life.
Now the question for me and you is that. Are you paying the price to be successful, are you on the path of being successful in life.

VISUAL STORY TELLER: Visual storytelling is often called aS 'photo essay' or 'photo story'.It's a way for a photographer narrate a story with a series of photographs. This is another interesting part in photography.I can say the aim of photographers is to tell a story from an image or series of images.Examples of Photographers who are Visual story teller are: Temi Coker, Chukwuka Davidson e.t.c
PHOTOJOURNALISM: A Photojournalist is someone who photographs, edits, and displays images in order to tell a visual story. ...Photojournalists can work as freelance photographers, or can be employed by photo agencies, magazines or local newspapers.Employment areas include the internet, print, and television. As the name implies it involves the photography and Journalism together. We also have people who are photo journalist examples are: Rahima Gambo, KC Kwakalor e.t.c
FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY: Food photography is a still life photography that isused to create attractive still life photographs of food.It is a specialization of commercial photography, the products of which are used in advertisements, magazines, packaging, menus or cookbooks.Food photography is also another branch of photography where all they shoot are foods. For example all this food company that advertise their food.Food Photographer are needed in that aspect.
I will be stopping here today. I will continue from wildlife photography, animal photography and others in the next article.
Introduction to Photography 2
Good morningn everyone.
It's been long I wrote an article due to my busy schedule. I want to appreciate those who took their time to read my previous article which was on introduction to Photography. I want to thank those who read, upvoted and commented.
In the previous article I forgot to define photography.
Photography have been defined by so many people but as for me Photography is the act of capturing moments.
I can remember vividly when I was in a Photography workshop I heard so many definitions. Photography is light and the rest.
Now why did I say photography is the act of capturing moments is because it brings about memories. Now what are memory. Memories are past moment. For example: In a wedding the photographer have to photograph moments in the event like when the husband carries the wife, cutting of wedding cake and many more then later on they can check back on those happy moments.
Now in photography we have different niche. What I mean by niche is different categories examples are: Documentary photography, photo journalist, event photography, wildlife photography e.t.c. We have so many niche in photography in which all can't be mentioned.
In the next article I will be explaining the different types of Photography we have.
Introduction to photography
Good evening everyone.
It's been a while I wrote an article. All I was doing was to read and comment on articles due to my busy schedule. But now am back.I want to use this opportunity to thank those who took their time to have visited my article, those that upvote, those that commented and my amazing sponsors.
Today I will be teaching on Photography. Now for me to be able to teach photography then I must be a photographer. Now let me explain something to you. There is a big difference between a PHOTOGRAPHER AND A CAMERA MAN.Now on a camera there are different mode which are so many examples are Automatic mode, Manual mode, Aperture priority, portrait, landscape, shutter speed priority e.t.c As you can see I mentioned different mode to you but the one we will be dominating on is the Manual mode.
The big difference between a PHOTOGRAPHER AND A CAMERA Is the mode they are shooting on.A photographer shoots on Manual while a camera man shoots on automatic. You may be asking yourself what's the difference between manual and Automatic.Let me use this illustration. In cars we have both automatic and manual gear. Automatic gear you don't have to touch anything the car does everything by itself while in manual gear the driver does everything, and people say automatic gear is better than a manual gear. Am not here to support or oppose the motion, it's just an illustration.Back to Photography, now in Automatic mode in camera the camera gives you anything it wishes while in manual mode is anything you give your camera it will give out.
Now let me give you an example: I know you do take pictures with your phone. Yes you do.Take a picture of yourself at night, a picture of the camera pointing to the sun.(Don't add additional light just natural light) Now go to the details of the picture and see the info.
A screenshot will be attached Below
If you watch you see that in the info for your self at night the ISO is may be above 400 can be while for the sun is below 400 or even 100. This means your phone is on automatic. But in camera there is Manual.
Now there are three major thing that depends on how clear a picture will be. These are APERTURE, SHUTTER SPEED AND ISO.
SHUTTER SPEED: This is the number of time/second(s) it will take for a moment to be captured examples are: 10s, 9s, 8s... 1/2s, 1/4s, 1/8s...1/100s... 1/200s... 1/10000s.
These are my amazing sponsors. Please check them out.
APERTURE: Aperture can be defined as the opening in a lens through which light passes to enter the camera. It is expressed in f-numbers like f/1.4, f/2, f/2.8 and so on to express the size of the lens opening, which can be controlled through the lens or the camera. Now it's this aperture that determines if the picture will have a shallow depth of field or a deep depth of field (how blurry it will be)
ISO: While settling up your camera for a shoot this is the last thing you to touch. The higher the ISO the brighter the picture and the more grainy it will be. This is the major factor that spoils image that's why you will say my phone's camera is nady. The camera is not bad just that the camera had to automatically set itself so as to bring a better outcome but the outcome to you is bad.
This is just a basic introduction to photography the next article we are going to move further. Please upvote and if you have any questions you can ask in the comment section below.
Stress in a New Month
Good evening everyone.
This is the third day in the month of November and also the third day in the week which is Wednesday and In the next two days that's Friday we will be in the weekend.
I also want to use this medium to thank those who read and commented on my previous article and those who are still going to read them up, those who upvoted and my amazing sponsors and those who will still join them Thanks in advance.
So I started a story yesterday on how I couldn't write an article on the first day of the new month because of how I was running Helter skelter just to make sure my documents are being signed and taken to the school officer. So after getting home yesterday I had a contest am in a GRAPHICS DESIGN CONTEST because am a graphics designer, it's a 30days challenge and it started on the first of this month. Am in the Logo design group.
When I got home there was no light and I had to wait till they bring the light luckily for me the light was restored back at exactly 5:30pm without any waste of time I jumped up from where I was lying down because I was tired got on the system and started designing. It took me more than I hour to finish because I was designing for a brand that is MOFAST and we were asked to do a brand identity design for it I finished and I submitted. You can check it out here on Instagram. https://www.instagram.com/p/CVve508NosS/?utm_medium=copy_link
You can do well by liking.
But I had to leave the challenge due to my busy schedule because the rule was that if you did not perform the days task you will be kicked out and instead of me being kicked out I should leave.
Now on Tuesday I went to the school officer's office and I met a long queue they were like more than 20 i was so amazed and I got there before 10am striving to get my documents collected because there were already arrangef accordingly. I spent more than 4 hours there before they eventually attended to me. After being attended to I went back to class for the last lecture for the day, on getting there they have started the class so I had to join.
Then on my way back home the bus I entered there was an argument between the conductor and a passenger and the argument was so much that they almost fought in the bus while the bus was already moving.
After that I started writing the article for yesterday.
Happy New Month
Good evening everyone.
Happy New Month.
Oops I was supposed to say that in yesterday's article but due to a busy schedule I could not get to write an article yesterday but I said to myself I should not also leave today without writing an article. So it's a new month the last article I wrote I was talking about procrastination. If you have not read that kindly do so, comment and upvote. Thanks in advance. So today I will be talking about how busy I was yesterday that I could not write an article yesterday.
So am student of Yaba College of Technology, A fresher so as a fresher we are new to the system there that is the lecture and mode of registration. Not like in secondary school where there is no movement of student taking their document from one place to another on like those in the higher institution where you will be taking your documents from on office to another, signing your clearance slip, stamping your school reciept, signing of one's course form and others. We've resumed for 9 weeks now but the rule in my school is that you have to first sign your clearance slip then your course form.
Now the problem with our course form was that there was a new course they just added to our list so it wasn't on our course form online so they had to upload the course and the only way they could upload the form was that no body should be on the page at all because if someone is on the page they would not be able to have access to it at that moment so we had t wait.
These are my amazing sponsors. Please check them out.
Our course form is now out the next thing is for it to be signed then our course adviser said he would not sign our course form if we don't have the receipt of National Association of Polytechnic Engineering Students (NAPES) and National Association of Computer Engineering Students (NACES) so we paid after payment the Part time student started their examination so the lecturers were busy invigilating those writing the exam so he couldn't sign our course form and the registration was closing this week Tuesday that's today.
So yesterday he started signing the course form but the stress I and others went through was ...Because we were running from one place to another just to make sure the course form was signed. Finally he signed the course form now remaining the school officer. Now the story about the school officer is another episode on his own.I would be dropping that tomorrow. If you have not subscribed please kindly subscribe and you can also be one of my amazing sponsors.

Procrastination
Happy Sunday everyone.
Today marks the last day of the month and also the first day of the week. Tomorrow we will be entering into a new month which is the month of November. I know many people must have had achieved something this month and will still have what to achieve next month. I am just here to remind you not to procastinate. Now what is the meaning of procrastination.
Now procrastination as the word implies is the act of shifting responsibilities that one is expected to do to an indefinite time l.
But according to Google.
"Procrastination is the action of *unnecessarily and voluntarily delaying or postponing something despite knowing that there will be negative consequences for doing so."*
Now procrastination is a very devilish thing that sticks to one. Sorry to use the word "devilish" it looks too harsh.
Now as I have said earlier some of us might have a goal to achieve each for the month of October but still be shifting it saying I will do it, I will do it but no specific time to do that.
But as for me I will say Never Procrastinate because it starts eating deep into one Poco a Poco (little by little) I can remember back in those day in junior secondary school when we were doing terms and sign in music. We were taught that Poco a Poco means little by little. If not for senior secondary that I and music had to path ways I would have still continue offering Music as a subject but that doesn't mean I don't like music. I'm still in much love with music.
Back to where I stopped. I said "procrastination starts eating deep into one little by little"
So there was a young boy who was preparing for a promotional exam. As someone that is preparing for a promotional examination he was expected to read his book and study hard but instead of him reading he was procrastinating saying the examination is still far he will start reading one month before the examination suddenly the examination board came up with a new schedule for the exam and the new date that was fixed was just a week ahead. He was caught unaware and he couldn't cover up for all he was supposed to read.
Now as we see from the story that procrastination lead him into a big ditch.
Never Procrastinate what you are supposed to do at the moment.
God sent 2
Good evening everyone. Happy weekend end and today is the 30th of this month which implies that the month is ending tomorrow.
So by Monday everyone will be greeting each other Happy New Month.
So I started a story on God Sent two days ago. So we are having the second part today.
He sometimes wondered what his biological parents looked like but he never wanted Mark and Janet to feel bad by asking them too many questions. After eighteen years, he had grown up into an averagely tall, strong and well-built man. His complexion and hair were vividly African and he wondered if he was a real African many times. Now that he was growing into a man, a hero if he wanted to go by what his school mates had started calling him, he had to know where he came from. He decided he would not ask his parents but he was rather going to find out by himself. This thought came to him as a result of what he heard from some of his school mates who were talking about parents being reluctant to tell an adopted child about his or her origin because of some reasons. Therefore, he decided he was going to find out by himself, though he knew it would be hard doing so all alone. After the first week of the New Year, he finally decided to ask his parents of his root during supper one day. "Dad, Mum, I know I am not supposed to be asking you this, and to be sincere, I have no intention of hurting you, but will you please tell me where I come from? The only thing you told me was that you adopted me," he concluded. "Son," Mark sighed, looked at his wife and then back to Michael. "Son, for the past eighteen years, you have never asked this question and we were indeed pleased and assumed you are happy here, but now that you are asking, I am pretty sure there must be a reason. "Dad, I have been having these nightmares that are all about me going to a particular place and saving some people. In these nightmares, I come across some African faces and the features of the place show it is purely a village. The last one was the most terrifying, which a woman told me that she is my mother and she needs me to come back home," he concluded and stood up, visibly disturbed. "Dad, where do I come from and perhaps, it may supply the answer to whatever happened in school last year.' Mark and Janet looked at each other and felt guilty of something they could not both tell. They had always believed they were protecting their son by keeping his origin a secret. But now, the day has come when they would have to pour out everything to him. "Son, I think the most important thing for you to think about now is going to college. College life would be great, don't you think so? A new environment, new friends and of course, a girlfriend," said Mark as he tried to change the topic. "Dad, do not try to change this topic. I meant every bit of what I have said here tonight and it would be good if you started answering them now!" Michael shouted. Mark sighed and looked at Janet as if to tell her she should be the one to tell him.
"Micheal, hmmn...," Janet began, "I know how hard it is for you to have lived all these years without knowing who your real parents are but I think you made the better decision to find out from us rather than doing something dangerous. Well, if you must know, you are from a country called Nigeria in West Africa and it is more complicated than you think...,"she was silenced by Michael. "Spare me the lecture, I was the best Geography student in my class and I don't need you telling me where Nigeria is. It's no surprise I have all these African traits while you keep pretending by telling me it's nothing.
Examination
Thank God it's Friday.
That's a popular saying of most Nigerians on Friday but was not for a boy named Matthew who was preparing for his Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE). Preparations has been going on for him and his friends by reading their books, attending tutorials and also reading articles online relating to their area of focus.
The examination had begun but before the examination began they had to pay for the examination, register and also go for their capturing as it is being done for years after that there will be release of examination time table which varies from set to set. For this set they had all trade subject which are photography, marketing, bricklaying, data processing, dying and bleaching, electrical installation and many others immediately followed by their practical subjects like chemistry, physics, biology and agricultural science before having essay and objective subject like mathematics, English, literature in English, Accounting e.t.c.
The exam has begun it now the day for Mathematics. Now most people have this felling about the subject Mathematics as one hard subject that is not easy to pass but as for Mathew and his friends they believed since they have prepared adequately there is no cause for alarm because there is a saying which says "If you fail to plan definitely you've just planned to fail" but as for them they've prepared well.
Something happened to Matthew on the day of Mathematics. But before that day they has Economics but since it was easy for him he finished early but couldn't leave the hall because the examination papers were collected accordingly so he waited till the end of the paper before he could submit but on the day of Mathematics he woke up very early as early as 5am he revised all what he has read and immediately after that he went for morning family devotion and as soon as the devotion ended his parents left for their place of work.
But since he was the only child he was left at home. He taught of what to eat and he eat his best food which is Indomie and egg sauce. After eating he decided to just lay his head on the bed. Not knowing to him "a little sleep a great slumber"
Not knowing that he had made a great mistake. By the time he woke up, saw the time and rushed down to school the examination has already began. He was sweating profusely. He had only 1 hour left for him to sit and write the examination but since he has already read his books the examination was so easy for him but still he had no time to waste. He was so fast then submitted. He began thanksgiving because that was a major subject which of he had not written that's an extra year for him because he also wrote JAMB (Joint Admission Matriculation Board)
God sent
It's been eighteen years now and Michael had totally become the talk of the whole city of New York with the exception of those who hate good things, of course. His popularity increased over the months as a result of them.Unending reports given by the press of his Superman action in high school during preparation for his final exams. It all happened during an afternoon lecture. He was feeling very tired and he laid his head on the desk while the lecture was going on.The lecturer saw this and decided to go to his desk and wake him up or tell him to leave the class. It was almost the end of the school session and the lecturer did not want any of the students to miss his tutorials towards the upcoming final exams.
Suddenly, a truck passing through the school lost control and came rushing towards the lecture room.At the sight of this, everyone ran for their dear lives. The noise drew the attention of the lecturer who was walking right along the wall the truck was about to hit.He tried to escape but it was too late to do anything and the only chance he had was to say his last prayers which was a matter of seconds. He cried out for help and fortunately for him, the noise woke Micheal up and he unexplainably rescued him, to the astonishment of everyone who was now watching the whole thing happening. He got himself and the lecturer out before the lecture room came crashing down!
All the people there couldn't believe their eyes and what Michael did left them dumbfounded. When the press arrived at the scene, they demanded an explanation but all he could say was that he had done what mattered and that he was not quite sure how he did it or if he would ever make it alive if he tried anything like such again.
These are my sponsors. Please check them out.
When he got home that day, his parents who were already aware of what happened from the news demanded an explanation."What do you mean you do not know how you did it?" Mark asked during supper on the day of the strange occurrence."Dad, what is there to hide about how I did something when I do not even know how I did it myself," he replied.Michael told them further the same thing he had been telling anyone who asked for an explanation and that, he himself wished he knew how he did it.All this happened the year before, he was seventeen and getting ready to leave high school.
Anytime he remembered, he would think himself a freak, though his friends at school thought otherwise. After he had finished his final exams that year, he was at home preparing to gain admission into a college after Christmas and New Year. They celebrated the New Year with their neighbour, Rachael, and her daughter, Laura, who had a special liking for Michael and usually said she would have married him but for the great age difference. Now that he is eighteen and about going to college, the urge to know his root began to grow exponentially. He had been told he was adopted since he was young and was also told his biological parents' name and some other few things but he was never told where he was born nor did he ever ask.
Selfless Love
Good day Friends.
How has your week been. As for me it was so fine. Let me use this moment to reflect on what happened on Sunday. First of all I slept on Saturday night as expected of everyone to sleep at night and wake up the next morning by the grace of God Almighty. Yea, back to where I was I slept and woke up exactly 3:00am, how did I wake up exactly 3:00am? I have never woken up exactly that time before. That was the first time I woke up that time. No exams, no test, no event that I was excited about.
After waking up still on the bed though I was reluctant to stand up from the bed then I remembered that we are already in a new day that was Sunday and there was church service. Then to avoid sleeping while the service was going on. I decided to go back to sleep. In a twinkling of an eye I got up again just to see that it was 6:00am. I was like I just closed my eyes now? I ... I... I...
After all the questions I got up and got ready for church by first taking my bath, brushing my teeth and it was time for me to put on my clothes then I discovered the clothes were not ironed. Thinking of what to do immediately our power supply was restored without wasting time I hurriedly ironed my clothes and as I was about to put of the plug of the pressing iron our light went off. Then I knew luck had shun on me. I put on my clothes and took of to church.
On getting out I remembered I had not taken anything. I went inside back then started to think of what to take then I remembered I had few good stuff left then I just prepared something out of it hurriedly.
Now back to the topic of the day "SELFLESS LOVE"
Once upon a time there was a little girl named Mary. She was loved totally by everyone because she loves giving not withstanding the situation on ground. One day, her dad was coming back from his office and decided to but her star apples because of her generous attitude towards others. When he was back he did not meet her at home. He waited for her till she came back. After she was back he gave her two star apples which he bought for her and she was so happy, out of her happiness she thank her dad for the star apples.
In few minutes her mother came and asked her to give her one of the star apples. Mary did not hesitate to give her mother, she carefully looked at the two star apples in both hands and took a bite at both then she handed over the one on her left hand to her mother and said "that one is sweeter than this, you can have it".
Mary's mother was so happy that anything Mary requested for she tried her possible best to give to her because of her kind attitude towards herself and others.
