Just some courage
Encourage children to stand up when they fall. They should be made to face challenges and difficulties. Let them take and make some decisions on their own then they will build some courage to do things on their own.

U are right dear Ups & Downs came in life but doesn't mean u just stop doing ur efforts but again startup is hard to take but if u have support & some encouraging person in ur life then it's not difficult to start again.. Keep it up...
