বিফ বার্গার আসসালামুআলাইকুম বন্ধুরা। আশা করি সবাই সুস্থ ও নিরাপদ আছেন। আজ আমি আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করব বার্গার রেসিপি। আমরা সবাই বারগার খেতে খুব পছন্দ করি । বিশেষ করে বাচ্চারা। আমার সবাই জানি বাহিরের খাবার শরীর এর জন্য ভালো নয়।খুব অল্প উপকরণ দিয়ে আপনারা ঘরে বানিয়ে নিতে পারেন। উপকরণ- বিফ রসুন পিয়াজ হলুদ লাল মরিচ লবণ তেল ১ টি ডিম প্রথমে একটি পাত্রে বিফ দিয়ে তাতে একে একে সব উপকরণ দিয়ে দিবেন। আপনি যে পরিমাণ বানাবেন উপকরণ সে অনুযায়ী দিয়ে দিবেন। পরিমাণ মতো পানি দিয়ে ভালো করে সিদ্ধ করে নিবেন। সিদ্ধ হয়ে গেলে বেটে নিবেন। তারপর ডিম দিয়ে মিক্স করে নিবেন। গোল গোল করে ভেজে নিন। বন এ বিফ পেটি দিয়ে দিন। সস সালাদ দিয়ে সাজিয়ে নিন বার্গার। তৈরি হয়ে গেলো মজাদার হোম মেড বার্গার। সুন্দর করে সাজিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন মজাদার বারগার আর উপভোগ করুন মজাদার বার্গার। আশা করি আপনাদের সবার ভালো লাগবে রেসিপি আর আপনারা ও বানিয়ে দেখবেন বাসায। সবাই ভালো থাকবেন সুস্থ থাকবে।

মুগ ডাল আসসালামুআলাইকুম বন্ধুরা, আশা করি সবাই সুস্থ ও নিরাপদ আছেন। বাংলাদেশের প্রায় প্রতিটি বিয়ে বাড়ির মেনুতে মুগ ডাল থাকে। বিশেষ করে চট্টগ্রাম বাসিদের মেনুতে এটা অবশ্য থাকে। তাই আজকে আমি খুব সহজে মুগ ডাল তৈরি করার রেসিপি আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করব। বিয়ে বাড়ির স্বাদের হবে না কিন্তু মজাদার হবে খুব। চলুন শুরু করা যাক উপাদান: মুগ ডাল রসুন বাটা ১চামচ লাল মরিচ গুঁড়ো দেড় চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো ১/২ চামচ লবণ পরিমাণ মতো পরিমাণ মতো পানি ভাজার জন্য তেল প্রথমে একটা করাইয়ে ২টেবিল চামচ তেল দিয়ে এতে মুগ ডাল দিয়ে ভালো করে ভেজে নিতে হবে। তারপর একে একে রসুনবাটা, হলুদ গুঁড়ো, লাল মরিচগুঁড়ো ও লবণ দিয়ে ভালো করে কসিয়ে নিতে হবে এবং পানি দিয়ে ১০থেকে ১৫ মিনিট ঢাকনা দিয়ে ঢেকে দিতে হবে।বেস তৈরি হয়ে গেলো মজাদার মুগ ডাল এবং ধনেপাতা দিয়ে সুন্দর করে সাজিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন। আমাদের ঘরে যেহেতু আমরা সদস্য ৩জন তাই আমি ৩জনের পরিমাণ রেসিপি শেয়ার করলাম। আমি এই প্লাটফর্ম এর নতুন সদস্য এবং এটা আমার প্রথম পোস্ট। (সাপোর্ট করবেন ও উৎসাহ দিবেন) আশা করি আপনাদের ভালো লাগবে ও ঘরে ট্রাই করবেন। ঘরে থাকুন সুস্থ থাকুন। ধন্যবাদ ।
