I was busy at home, so couldn't get enough time to publish anything here today. Yesterday I wanted to write something for my new month goals but I was busy with guests, so I decided to write it today. Anyway what's going at your side?

Well, you'll have time, take things easy. Here it is almost 2 pm and I am having a delicious rice with peas, buttermilk and a little vinegar for lunch. A mixture that sounds strange but tastes very delicious.

    You should try it when you get the chance, and if you add a little lemon juice to everything it mentions, it's even better. The taste is acid but very pleasant.
