কবিতায় আনন্দ নেই কেন? ছোটবেলায় আমি কবিতা জাস্ট ঘৃণা করতাম। এর একটা কারণ হলো দাঁড়ি-কমা সহ অমুক কবিতার ৭ লাইন বা ১৪লাইন হুবুহু মুখস্থ করে স্কুলে যেতে আমার আগেরদিনের সন্ধ্যাব্যাপী খেলা বিসর্জন দেয়া লাগতো। এরপর বড় হতে হতে গায়ে একটা হাওয়া লাগতে শুরু হলো। কারো কারো কবিতা ভালো লাগা শুরু হলো। কোন কোন কবিতায় প্রেম খুঁজে পেতাম, কোনটায় একাকিত্ব। কিন্তু কোন কবিতায় আনন্দ খুঁজে পেতাম না। একসময় আমার মনে হলো পুরোপুরি সুখী মানুষেরা কখনো কবি হতে পারেনা। কবি হওয়ার জন্যে একটা চাপা কষ্ট কিংবা…
