To my fellow Filipino do you eat “Balut”? Me I don't eat balut.. actually I have a lot of Filipino dish that I am not eating. Once I tasted that delicacy is a bit gross in my mouth, I will never taste it again lol. Some of my friends and even my partner is fun of eating balut, they believe it will energized you more but don't eat too much as well because it can cause high blood too.. as it has high cholesterol. Yes I love eating balot now more than ever. Before I find it gross too, because the chick inside is so massive that I can feel it in mouth. That I started to hate eating it before but now that my partner's uncle made me one again. This time with a little chick inside.
