I was 20 yrs old when I worked as Supervisor in a big mushroom farm. And being called Sir/Boss doesnt give you the ticket disrespect and belittle your subordinates. So true po. It's doesn't mean that you are being called as boss means you can belittle your subordinates. If you want to be respected even after work, then treat your co-worker nice.
