I am not into mining. But I was looking at some of the miner pools recently. I came across minergate. I wonder if doing this would consume a lot of energy & bills. How many of you are into mining with hardware? Have you used minergate?

We mine Pi but we weren't sure if this is legit. They said this December they give value to the Pi that we mine.
If this is one of those sites where you "invest" into a mining pool, I'd be careful. I've tried a few of those, and always lost my money. I think the majority of them are scams. Now this particular site may be legit, but you need to determine if that is the case before giving them any money.
