I am in a puzzle, should I go out and socialize in a photography class or learn on my own? Reason I want to take class is I want to meet new people and get into social life. But I also have fear of socializing after this pandemic. I have no idea about new people. I am not young anymore like in mid 30s and counting. So there is fear in socializing. Learning through course is much realistic and easier . Socialising within own limits never harm you . Fear of it only when you start doing blind trust!!!
Give it a go - or it will only get worse - you may have seen what I posted about going out to the city centre today. If you feel uncomfortable then you can always just not go again and try to find something else - another outlet
I think thr two choices are good, on your own you will learn new skills and to depend on your self, and through lessons you will learn basic things..
I'd probably take the course. You might get some good contacts there, and learn of a cool photography club, etc. Anything below 50 is young, young lady!!
