If govt regulates crypto, which blockchains are likely to work with Govt for digital currency? My speculation: Polkadot, ETH, Cardano, XRP What do you think?

It depends on what you mean by "work with government"... But regardless what it means XRP will lead the pack.
as in fiat equivalent of digital currency.. my assumption is all countries around the world would form SWIFT and IBAN like crypto for forex and create fiat equivalent of digital currency..
I'm not sure if XRP will or not. Part of the reason they exist is because government failures making it hard and expensive to send money around the world. Will be interesting to see where it goes, though. I wonder if working with the government will become a death sentence for crypto coins that do it.
My bet is on XRP, but I think ADA and DOT are possible too
