A lot of coins and tokens are created without any use case or utility value. Then influencers are used to pump the hype and value and money is poured into the pool. That's when most of the early investors take out the money and coin value drops. This is why your coin or token if doesn't have value or use case would drop in value. No matter which blockchain token it is make sure you're investing in the utility value. Don't fall for influencer hype of tokens even if it's on smartBCH or BCH or Ethereum.

You are absolutely right, unfortunately most investors do not take this into account.

Unfortunately about 90% of crypto investors are there for the money and not really the use case. Knowing this fact, developers capitalise on this and create hype around those useless tokens. Thats why you will always have pumps and dumps. Funny enough this tokens gets more traction than even the ones with the best use cases.
