I have been using Canva for some time now. I think it is lot easier to use compared to Photoshop. You can create a lot of header images for your post using Canva. Have you used Canva before? Or any other app for designing images?

I've used Photoshop in the past, but switches to The Gimp (open source) a while ago. It's certainly not easy, but it is a powerful too.
we´ve been using it for now more than 5 years for one of the companies and we´re happy with because like you mentioned it´s way easier to handle like photoshop, so my stuff don´t waste so much time on preparing docs for tour publications, I love it.
