It’s easier to get her to start with a game or something that rewards in crypto. Then her interest will be natural.
tell them what attracted you to get in touch with this new field of experience, tell them about the up´s and down´s, and remember you now are an expert from their point of view, don´t tell them what they have to do, just show your journey and what was the outcome of it until today must not be in real numbers percentage is always working well. Or if you like to do it more professionell (you´re already one) offer a short presentation about this kind of new possibilities ;) Guess this will always be a win-win situation
Let her invest a coffee or a lunch worth of local currency and then check the next day. I bet another coffee worth of fiat will follow!
