Are you alright? He smiles. A warm smile, like how Suzen remember him used to be. Suzen nod, she hugs him. She misses him so much, that She isn't saying anything. She cries her eyes out, in silence.
Part 1: Clement and Suzen
That night Suzen stayed out at her rented house. She was tired. She lying down on her bed, looking at the ceiling. Her mind wandering along the past pathway, how she wishes she can go back in time and reset everything.
"I wish I never get married"
She snapped herself out to reality. She gets up from her bed, grabs her towel and goes for a shower.
She couldn't stop thinking. She missed her children at home, but she just too exhausted from working.
"I'll just check on them tomorrow"
She rang her son before She falls to sleep.
Suzen: "Mumy won't come home tonight, how is Christine?"
Clement: "She been sleeping mumy. Fell asleep just now"
Suzen: "Don't skip dinner, don't sleep late. You haven't eaten yet don't you?"
Clement: "Will do. I am about to go for dinner"
Suzen: " Miss u"
Clement: Okay.
Phone off. There is a spark of joy, and longing. But, why the voice sounds a little bit gloomy?
Suzen is a mother of four: Clement (18), Mike (16), Elaine (11), and Christine (3). Clement doesn't pursue study, he took care of the family.
Suzen is working, and her husband is not living with them. He working out the city, not so long after trouble comes to their marriage. Their relationship was turning unhealthy.
Suzen wanted to have her expenses. She seems a little bit lost, not knowing what she should do. Her husband: Emette, not supporting the family's finances as well as before. He was a mess to himself also.
Out of thought, Suzen suddenly decided to find a job and asked Clement to take care of the home. Clement understood and agreed.
Clement is a good son, he understood his mother's situation. He knows it's something she couldn't control. He couldn't do anything about it also. All he can do is to understand and support.
Suzen and Clement: Mother and Son. They supported each other.
But, was Clement really fine with it?
