Bouchot Mussel...a Must! The Bouchot mussel is grown only in France on wooden poles in the sea so that it is out of reach of predators. These poles are called bouchot. This is a top quality tasty meaty yellow-orange mussel perfect for steaming, sautéing, and baking. August is the best month: meaty and cheap. Yesterday's dish was Bouchot mussels steamed in a flavored broth of white Muscadet wine, shallot, garlic, laurel and thyme, accompanied by french fries 😉 Today's left over mussels have been shelled, warmed in a lobster broth, cream, chive sauce thickened with cornflour, and served with risotto rice 😋 #mussel #leftover #similarposts #Food

A quiet and nice place for my 87 years old Mom to live... But, yet, a naughty neighbour never stop to put her in embarrassment...😞 Why are people acting always in negativity, why are they on earth to live a life of permanent conflict, why are they spending time to harm the others? Sadism, psychiatric problems, dementia...? I have to spend this beautiful sunny day in calling a legal counsel for writing and sending a letter to this diabolical neighbour... He massacred bushes of my mom's garden without her consent and threw all the branches in her garden .. He is a violent man but I have to notify him that what he did is illegal... #similarposts #MyGarden

A very special MOONday... The 8/8 New Moon was so close to the sun in the sky that its illumination was 0%, giving the chance to the stars usually less visible to sparkle, and showing Sirius star closer to the Earth. Meanwhile the lion's gate portal is at this 8/8 time the most widely open. All these signs aligned mark the step towards intense events... I can feel indeed a revival of energy and more marked questioning around me. This appears to be the right time to take some deeper breathe and focus on what lights our souls up. Fairy tail... when burning is cooling! The August 5 EIP-1559 upgrade adjusts now ETH gas fees. Part of that adjustment introduces a mechanism that burns some of the base fees collected. Burning means removing the coin from circulation. To burn a cryptocurrency, you send it to an address that nobody has control over. In this case, the tokens are actually destroyed by the protocol, they no longer exist on the network. At current burn rates, 2.3 ETH per minute is going up in smoke. Today it was ''family celebration''... joy of being together, sharing an exceptional fine flavoured sea food delicacy... Breton lobster 🤏 Breton lobsters have claws. One for cutting and the other (larger) for crushing. 🦞 They are also recognisable with their black shells with blue highlights that turn brick red when cooked.
