Today I want to talk about one of the greatest pleasures of our lives. I want to talk about eating. Have you ever paid attention to your eating and drinking style? Do you enjoy what you eat during the day, or do you just want to fill your stomach like a machine?
Often we are so unconsciously eating, that we pay no attention to the taste of what we eat, in which case we are overeating, which has no benefit for us except obesity and overweight.
Did you know that using the sense of taste is a very powerful way to revive other emotions in our body?
Tasting foods can be a great pleasure in our lives, that many times we become so engrossed in our daily thoughts and affairs, we pay no attention to the taste of what we eat. Recipe for crispy chicken fillet

As usual on weekends, we spent this weekend at my parents' house. I take a deep breath every moment of being with them, because I know every single one of these moments will not be repeated. Their presence is a great blessing to me, and I appreciate it.
Since my husband had free time, we asked him to make us some of his delicious food, his crispy chicken fillet. My husband cooks very well, and of course he has become really professional in making this recipe. I had previously posted a photo of this recipe in my gallery tour article, and because it was so tempting, I promised many of you to write the recipe one day here. Today I had the opportunity to do this, so let's see what the recipe is.
**Recipe for crispy chicken fillet for 5 people**
Ingredients:
Two chicken breasts
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Two cups white flour
Frying oil
Salt, pepper, turmeric, thyme, curry powder, garlic powder
Ice water.
About 4, 5 hours before cooking, cut the chicken breasts thinly, and then marinate in onion, garlic, lemon juice, mayonnaise, a little oil, salt and pepper. Pour the stuffed chicken into a container with a lid and refrigerate for a few hours to rest.
Then mix the white flour in a large bowl with salt, pepper, turmeric, thyme, curry powder and garlic powder.
In another bowl, pour some ice water. Now take our chicken out of the fridge. Writing an article every day is really hard, especially choosing a topic for each day, and during the day my mind is on what the subject of my next article will be. Every day, I try to manage my schedule so that I can publish my article on time. If so, I go to bed late at night and draft my article. Until the next day, just edit and publish it.

The story in the previous episode continued until Harry and his son came to our house. When Harry's son came in, it was as if someone I had known for years came. To continue the story of yesterday, we got to the point where Angela and Harry got married. The result of their marriage was two sons. Two handsome boys who have gathered all the beauties of their parents. They were a very happy family, and everyone around them envied them. But it seemed that this joy didn't last so long.
When their eldest son was 24 years old and their youngest son was only 15 years old, Angela was constantly sick, she couldn't keep what she ate, she was taken to the doctor. I spent my whole childhood playing and talking to them, they were the best friends of my day.
When I was a kid, Barbie dolls were just coming to market. They were very attractive to girls, and we all wished we had one of them. But because it was expensive, my mom never bought it for me. I always wanted to go to my friend's house who have Barbie dolls, and play with their dolls. The girls at that time were fascinated by the beauty, height, good looks, luxurious clothes, long and blonde hair of Barbie dolls. They have become a model of beauty for us. When we played with them as a child, we wanted to grow up to be beautiful, tall, and well-shaped like them. But the older we got, the farther we went from the standards set in our minds, the more frustrated we became. Dolls can have glasses, or even have a defect in their body.
There are even dolls that have a variety of diseases, dolls that have Vitiligo, Albino, or even cancer. Seeing such dolls sometimes brings a smile to the lips of children suffering from these diseases. And it creates a glimmer of hope in their minds. When they see these dolls, they realize that they are still attractive and beautiful, and like other people, they can have a normal life.

As a child, my parents told me not to throw my rubbish on the street and in the environment, to keep it in my pocket, and to throw it wherever I saw a recycle bin. I try not to accept plastic as much as I can when buying from sellers. Just as we must cleanse our souls of rust, we must do the same with our minds. We need to get the negative waves out of our minds. Negative thoughts also bring negative waves. The mind can have a profound effect on other aspects of our lives, an unhealthy mind will make our soul sick as well. So let's try to spend time in our daily routine to upgrade our mental abilities. Develop our minds in a positive direction and good thoughts. A beautiful mind can be an important factor in our success.
Physically
Physically related to our senses. It is with the help of our senses, that we can understand the world, and communicate with our outside environment. Now, if our senses are caught in negative waves, the world will be like hell for us, and we will certainly not make any progress in that state. So we need to focus on positive and constructive energies. We need to take more care of our bodies. Unhealthy bodies can affect our lives. So with proper planning for healthy eating, regular exercise and rest, we try to improve and grow physically.
Financially
Every day, we try to plan to strengthen our financial capabilities. Certainly, the ability to earn money can give us a life of peace and happiness. With financial planning, we can address our concerns about our future. We must always try to have new plans for the finances of our lives and earn more money every day, and in this way we will never neglect to gain knowledge and experience.
No one is going to tell us to do this, and not that, to achieve success and a good life. It is we who must rise, and strive to achieve our desires and our dreams.

A few days ago, when my husband and I were walking down the street, we saw this cute cat, whose owner had a collar around his neck, and because of the cold weather, she had put on clothes and brought him to the street for a walk. Until we saw this cat, our hearts fainted for him, we stood and looked at him for a while.

Since we went to my mom's house on Saturdays and Sundays, we were there this week when my mom suddenly had cold symptoms, my dad took my mom to the clinic, I stayed and made lunch for them, and made porridge and turnips for my mom. Our first and most important stimulus in remembering emotional memories in our minds and hearts is listening to certain songs. The songs that we listened to in our childhood in any way, the songs that we listened to with a certain person, the songs that we listened to at a certain period of our lives. These songs have souls, these songs seem to suddenly hit a special moment in our face, they throw it in our mind, our heart starts beating fast, and sometimes a sweat sits on our forehead. That old memory is amazingly emotional, and now we just miss it. Like many of the songs I used to listen to with my brother as a child, these days when those songs are suddenly played, I feel sad that my brother exists, but he is no longer the same as in the past. How to have peace in our mind?

If you remember, I talked about peace yesterday, that how important it is for me to have peace, and I try to incorporate it into my surroundings. Today I want to mention two very influential things on our peace of mind.
**Don't compare yourself with others**
A very important factor that can comfort us is not to compare ourselves with others and those around us. We know that not all people are the same, and their circumstances are different, so we don't have to be alike in many ways. For example, thinking that one of our friends has achieved such success, or another has made such money, or another has succeeded in his love life, and now why I am not like this, and how unlucky I can be that I am not like them. While all of this causes us not only to lose our morale, but also to have a long-term impact on our lives and psyche. With these comparisons, we always think of ourselves as unlucky, miserable, and unfulfilled, and this brings us depression first and then lack of peace in our mind.
