My mama just asked if I will continue to buy that piece of land by the sea that I keep talking about. I asked her how much is it again. She said it's 3,000 pesos ($62) per sqm. or about 300K ($6,200) for 100sqm. So I said, "Yes. I'll buy it." Then my mom began saying that we'll go and have an ocular visit once I'm not busy. And I'm like: Okay. This is getting serious and the pressure is ON! I need to hustle more now. 🤧🤣
