So I'm back here on the island (which is literally not an island), here in my mother's birthplace, because today is my Grandfather's Death Anniversary. Yay! Time really just flies so fast. And because here in the Philippines, it is a tradition to celebrate every death anniversary of a loved one who passed away, we're preparing food again like Patopat and Binongon. Ehe! This one is my favorite although it just tastes bland. 😂
