It truly helps,i used to have them a lot while i worked in BPO for 4yrs,even now i sometimes have it while working from home☺️
It's good to have something to keep you awake especially when you can't help to feel dizziness 🤭😅 candy , coffee is a must have.

Effective ba talaga ang candy? Hehe yan lang ang coffee na nakakaya ko kasi di ako acidic sa candy.
