Mesmerizing, yet controversial Knowing the fact that "We are most imaginative in the night and the least creative in the day"; Yet, I started writing in the daytime, taking it as a challenge as it's just a fact based on observations and experiments, not a law. So let's see where it takes us. Today, I will talk about one of the most popular, controversial and mesmerizing topics that already has been discussed by hundreds, even thousands, of experienced writers. "**Accuracy of zodiac signs about our personality**". Yeah yeah, I know after all that compliments, you were expecting something much better and interesting. But trust me, it isn't that boring either. The thing is that most of us have already invested a lot of time researching on this topic that now if someone else discusses it, we feel like it's the same old boring thing ( of which we already are experts), and lose interest. But we should keep in mind that if this topic is still in discussion, it means that it still has room for new contributions and that everyone has their own way of explaining things, so even if there is nothing new about the topic, still you can learn a lot of new things just from the different explanations of that same topic. **Why I chose this topic?** Well, this topic was in my mind since my first post here, but as I wasn't ready for it; I didn't post it, but now, I think I should let it flow as it's been bugging me a lot, plus I want to make room for the new ideas as well. So let's start. I am pretty sure that most of you already know; what are zodiac signs what is your zodiac sign What it says about your personality If your answer is yes, then most of you would also admit that these signs have high accuracy in predicting our personality traits for most of us. But the question arises that **How is it that accurate?** Ans: Well, honestly, it isn't. It can be true for most of us, but for others, it isn't. As beliefs about astrology have been around for thousands of years, different people( belonging to different professions ) have researched for its authenticity in this long period of time. And as they were from different backgrounds, their research also covered distinct aspects. Later by summing up all their research, Astrology, as a whole, was formed. So, whether we accept astrology as truth or not, we must admit that their research was at least truth-based because it was the result of various experiments and observations. And that explains the fact why these astrology signs are mostly accurate about our personality, and sometimes they aren't( because observations and experiments can never be 100% accurate). After this whole discussion, another question arises. **Q: Should you believe in astrology or not?** **Ans:** Well, there can be two answers to that. If you ask what science has to say about it, well, it's simple. **Science** doesn't accept **Astrology** as a science. And if you ask me, I would say that **You should, and you shouldn't**. Pretty confusing? Let me explain It is a fact that science is considered a standard to check the authenticity of something. But it is also true that, even in the 21st century, science has no satisfactory explanations for many natural phenomena. It means that science isn't complete, never was, never will be. That's why we can't declare something as a myth just because science has no evidence for it, because there are chances that science may get evidence for that in the future when there is enough modern technology. That's the reason why I said: "**You should**". Coming to the **"You shouldn't"** part: Even though astrology can help understand your personality, you shouldn't rely on it. There is a saying that **Be moderate and avoid extremes**. It means that you shouldn't go to extremes on either side( either good, either bad). For example, in this case, Declaring Astrology as a myth is wrong, but completely depending on it is also wrong. **Conclusion:** Having blind faith in something is wrong, but rejecting something is also a mistake because both are on extreme levels. So it's better to stick with the middle way unless you are sure about something. Astrology can affect our lives, but it isn't the only factor affecting it. Coding, Or should I say, "Digital writing" Coding, Or should I say, "Digital writing", is trending these days. Its demand is very high in this century, and why wouldn't it be; It's the 21st century where everything is getting digital. For everyone, no matter from which field, the computer is just like a basic need these days, so it makes sense why more people are trying to get into this field ( to prepare themselves for the future). If we define it, Coding is a way to communicate with computers, to give them commands for performing various tasks. It's pretty much similar to having a conversation with a human except for the fact that computers don't have a mind and they only follow your instructions. And similarly, just like we, humans, need a language to communicate with each other such as English, French, Japanese. Similarly, to communicate with computers, we also need a language( called "programming language") such as; Java, C++, Python etc. So, In other words, The process of communicating with a computer using a programming language is called "Coding". Coding, as I mentioned earlier, is just like "Writing". Because for both, you need to be Clear about your topic Have all related info To know limitations and restrictions Knowing how to do it Creativity 1. **Clarity about your topic:** Both "coding" and "writing" require you to have an idea or purpose in your mind before beginning. For example, if you are writing, you must have an idea of what to write about, similarly before "coding", you must know what it's going to result in. for example, this code will develop an application. 2. **Gathering needed info:** For both, you need to collect info as, in both fields, you can't do anything until you have information and knowledge about your purpose/topic. For example, in the case of writing, you must have references or other articles or books having the same subject as you. While in the case of "coding", you must know about the classes, entities and attributes related to your topic ( application) 3. **To know limitations and Restrictions:** Well, that's another factor common in both "coding" and writing. Before starting, you must be aware of all the limitations and restrictions related to your field. For example, In writing, you must know that you can't use slang or abuse language, and in formal writing, even using humour is also not allowed. While in the case of "coding", you should know the limitations of the language you are using. For example, for java, you must know about semicolons, brackets etc. You must know the syntax of the language. 4. **Knowing How to do it:** Both require you to have knowledge of what to do and how to do. For example for "coding" you must have command over the programming language you are using and similarly, in case of writing, you must know what you are writing( what is your topic) and how to write it( how to start, how to explain things and how to end etc). 5.**Creativity:** Finally the last point, Creativity. For success in both writing and coding creativity is must. Because these fields are not like some other fields where you are required to do the same thing everyday; These fields require you to be creative, to be able to think what you are going to do next. **Conclusion:** Both fields are amazing "Coding" is in demand and writing is never gonna be out of trend any time soon(in fact as long as there is life, writing will continue). So whatever you choose keep in mind to maintain consistency, as it is key to success. Note: If you are planning on choosing any of these fields and you feel difficulty in coming up with new ideas, then remember both are going to give you a Hard time, but no need to panic you will get better. It's better to build a habit of thinking. **As its all about thinking.** I hope this article will help you in some way. Time for a suicide break Since yesterday, I was searching for a topic to write about, and then I came across an issue that needs serious attention, "**Rise in suicides among teenagers**". Even though "teenagers" isn't the topmost age group with the highest number of suicides, a gradual increase in its percentage during the past two decades indicates an alarming situation. Speaking of suicide, It isn't an unusual phenomenon; It has been there since the beginning of life, But "**Suicide, as the leading cause of death around the world**" that's what's surprising. Causes of suicide include violence, poverty, depression and many more. Sometimes hopelessness can also cause it; Normally, people left with no choice tend to suicide. These days, it's just like a trend. Everyone thinks of it as an easy solution. But, we should know that suicide isn't a solution; in fact, it expresses one's cowardly nature. Well, if I ask you, what's causing more suicides these days? You might answer me with joblessness, poverty and some of the reasons I mentioned above. And, of course, all these reasons are correct, but here a question arises; That, these factors have been like that for centuries, everyone faced them, then why we? Why we are the only ones facing these drastic changes? Well, the answer is quite simple; Impatience Hopelessness Fear of failure Nowadays, People lack qualities like **patience, hope** and **courage,** and that's why even something little stresses them out. Which eventually results in bad decisions made. And as in the case of teenagers, who are immature and over-emotional, The results are even worse. They usually don't bother rethinking their decisions. And these careless and childish habits lead them to decisions with severe consequences. Well, it's not that I am only blaming teens; they aren't the only ones responsible for this enormous change; in fact, the whole society is. Because, in our society, there are no guidelines for teens, no proper counselling systems, no one to lead them towards the right path, which forces them to rely on their own immature instincts for their everyday choices. Expecting teens to act like adults is our biggest mistake; that's true that they are not kids anymore, but they aren't adults either; they need to be guided and looked after until they grow up as mature adults (who are capable of making the right decisions). Another big mistake is to impose our high expectations on them. Of course, high expectations lead to success but sometimes putting too much pressure on teens can depress them. As they always feel pressured because they have high expectations to meet, and If, unfortunately, they fail in doing so, the feeling of regret eats them out. And this regret can often lead to suicidal thoughts and attempts. Speaking of expectations, I remember hearing about the same incident in my city a few months back. There was a university student who ended up attempting suicide just because she had failed an exam, luckily she was saved by a boy who was hanging around. **Conclusion:** Life isn't that cheap that you end it for some no good reason, for something that isn't that important at all. It is a gift that you only get once so don't waste it enjoy it. If you made some mistakes in the past, learn from those mistakes and start over. Ending life is never a solution, never was, never will be. So, finally, here it comes to an end. Honestly, I hardly managed to finish it. I am not sure if you will like it or not but believe me, it took me over two days to write the first three paragraphs of this article, and the rest of it, well I wrote it in the last one and half an hours because I wanted to finish it today and luckily I did. By the way, It's 12:32 AM. I hope this article will help you in some way. Feel free to use the comment box if you got any suggestions for me. What's Right and What's Wrong From the beginning, no matter the race, religion or country, we are being told to be ethical, to learn to differentiate between right and wrong. And when we ask what "Ethics" means, again, we are provided with the same old definitions like; "Set of beliefs about right and wrong behaviour within a society". But have you ever wondered what exactly "Right" and "Wrong" means? In other words, what is "Right", what is "Wrong", and most importantly, how do we know that something that was "right" for one situation is also going to be "right" for another as well? Well, in this article, that's what we are going to discuss. So let's start The concept of right and wrong is not that simple. It can be confusing at times. Because sometimes things cannot be as clear as crystal, you can't just classify something simply as right or wrong because there are chances that something that you think is **Right** for you is **Wrong** for someone else, and similarly, something that is **Right** for someone else is **Wrong** for you. That is why nothing except for some common "Wrongs" like murder, theft, bribery and, some Widespread "Right's" like generosity, loyalty, justice can be pre-classified as "Right" or "Wrong". In fact, based on your moral values and ethical norms, you are to decide what's wrong and what's right. In the dilemma of right and wrong, you might face another complex situation where there are no "Wrongs", only "Right's", and maybe vice versa. Well, In that case, you cannot just declare something as completely wrong or right; In fact, you would have to pick the **Better Right** between all the **"Right's"** and the **Least Problematic Wrong** between all the **Wrongs**. Yeah yeah, I know, Seems pretty weird and confusing. But that's how it is. We are always told to do the right thing but never told how to pick the "right" in complex situations where sometimes, not even a single option is wrong or vice versa. That's the whole reason most of us who are even willing to do the right thing end up making choices that lead them to severe consequences. What leads us to wrong decisions and unexplainable actions is our lack of knowledge and experience as "ethics and moral values" are no longer valued as they were before. **Steps to improve the situation:** We must raise awareness about the importance of "Ethics and moral values". It should be a core course in institutions all over the world. Because, Nowadays, most institutions don't offer these courses, and even if they do, they are in the elective category. **Note:** I never said that not even a single institution has this course as compulsory; I used the word "Most". Making it compulsory in institutions will help the coming generation in many ways for example; Decision making Controlling their actions Being responsible **Conclusions: "**Ethics and moral values" is one of the main factors that differentiate us, humans, from animals. In other words, it is our legacy, and if we lose it, we will lose our purpose in this world. As it plays a significant role in our lives, it must never be considered useless. Well, friends, here it comes to an end; let me know if you liked it or not. Don't forget to hit the like and subscribe button if you liked this article. And yeah, I know I had promised the second part of the handwriting article named "handwriting reveals you", but recently I came by this topic, and I thought it was also important, as it is our current issue so, I just discussed it. I hope this article will help you in some way. Feel free to use the comment box if you got any suggestions or questions. If you find any mistakes in this article, you are most welcome to point them out. I would be thankful for your generosity. Thank you for being here.
Bad handwriting triggers Creativity, Science says It's been six days, and yet I haven't been able to write anything worth posting because, these days, I am pretty busy. I hardly ever get time to lie down, and that's the reason I always feel like I'm exhausted. For someone like me( who isn't a professional or experienced writer), it takes a lot of energy to come up with a worthy idea, and even more of it, To utilize it the right way. Even today, I had no specific idea to write about but, when I started, let's just say, the words just started flowing, and till now, I wasn't sure where these words would lead me. But now I know what to do. So, let's start. Today, I will be sharing an interesting fact and be expecting a response from you guys ( what do you guys think about it). Recently, I was searching for something about handwriting styles and there an article caught my attention, it said that "you are creative if you have 'bad handwriting' ", and he wasn't saying it by himself he used the words "Science says". Feeling dizzy? so did I. But then, out of curiosity, I read that article. Now, Let me explain the scientific explanation defending this claim; Science says that People having bad-handwriting have so much going on in their minds that their hands can never be on the same frequency as their minds. In other words, their minds work much faster than their hands, and that's why to write down everything coming into their minds, they end up writing carelessly. And This carelessness sometimes leads to bad writing. The explanation seems pretty satisfying, Right? But that's also true that a single factor can never be that effective. There is no direct relation between "handwriting style" and " Creativeness". Now, if I ask from you guys, some of you would say it's definitely right and will agree with the explanation behind the fact. While some, on the other hand, will stick to the point that a single factor cannot have that much of an influence on someone's personality or capabilities. Well, If you guys ask me, I would say that both of you are right, Because acknowledging the fact that a single factor cannot have that much of an influence, we must also keep in mind that everything related to us at least has some(if not much) of it. So it's safe to say that "the fact"about writing is not only a myth; It has something to do with reality. Time to go. I hope you liked this article. Well, honestly, I wasn't going to end this here as I had another part of this topic, "**Handwriting reveals you**", planned along with it. But now I am tired and will continue this in its second part. Feel free to use the Comment box if you got any questions or suggestions for me. If you liked this article, do not forget to like and subscribe. Thanks for being here.
It's time for a "HeadStart" For half an hour, I've been lying on my bed and staring at the blank screen, And it's not that I was out of ideas or something; It's just that I was feeling difficulty in "**Starting**". Speaking of ideas, That, too, isn't my field of mastery, but, Still, somehow, I manage to come up with a worthy idea every 2 to 3 days. And, As for today, I had three ideas in mind that I was planning on writing, but there was only one thing coming in my way, **The Beginning**. At that moment, I realized that if I'm having such difficulty; My dear fellows might face it too. So I postponed working on those ideas and googled for tips and techniques to overcome this headache( Difficulty in starting). Hoping, It might save you guys some precious time. So, here is what I got **For the first 2-3min write anything:** If you have been following my posts, you might know that I had mentioned the same tip in one of my previous posts about tips to come up with ideas(the title may differ). Well, It's the same thing but with a new goal this time. **How it helps:** Usually, what stops you from starting is your tendency to write quality content. Most of you would agree that you always have a sentence or phrase prepared in your mind that you want to write, but you keep rephrasing it until and unless you are satisfied with its quality, and that's why you end up staring at the blank screen. What you are supposed to do is to let everything flow smoothly, at least for the first 3-5 min write whatever comes to your mind and don't even bother editing it. Soon enough, you will see that this "free-writing" has awarded you with a number of options to start with; now, pick the one you like and start writing. **Remember:** The editing phase comes after the writing phase. In other words, **"You can't edit something you haven't done yet."** So, write something first, then edit it. **Note:** Even If you don't write anything about your topic, still, it's ok, because it's just a mind refreshing technique so, you are free to write whatever you want. No Restrictions. **2. Start from Wherever you like:** Well, I read this technique on the internet but way before reading it, somehow, I used to use this technique without even knowing(So, at least for me, it's safe to say that I came up with this one myself). **How it works:** In this technique, you skip the "Beginning", Seems weird, Is'nt it? But that's how it works. You always have some paras or sentences prepared in your mind that you plan on adding somewhere in the middle of your article. Right? Just start writing from there. When you start from there, you won't have to worry about the beginning anymore, and you can keep writing until you are finished. Once you have finished, you will have plenty of time to think about the "beginning" without having to care for the "Middle" or the "End"(resulting in your burden lowered). I hope you get the point, and If you are still confused about this point, let me know. **3. Have a fixed writing time** I am sure you have understood it already, just by looking at the title, but as it is in my list, so let's not outcast it. Let me explain how it works! At first, having a fixed time to write isn't going to feel any different, and you might feel the same level of difficulty in writing as you do at any other time. But, as soon as you get used to it, The change will be crystal clear. Because having a set schedule helps you train your mind into getting ready for the work (At that specific time), which causes your mind to work more effectively. So, that's all for today, I hope this article will help you in some way. If you find this article interesting and helpful, don't forget to hit the like and subscribe button. Is publish0x worth it? **"Publish0x.com"** if you are familiar with this "name", then you probably have asked yourself a few questions like; 1. Is it worth blogging on publish0x.com. 2. While blogging on it, can I earn a living? Of course, these and many more questions like these. Well, I am here to answer a few of these questions. I have recently joined this site and already have randomly posted some articles(written by myself), And, the first day I published, I was amazed by the views I got on my first post; I got nearly 100 views while, on the second one, I got about 60+; which, of course, don't look like much; but as for me, who's "same" posts all together haven't even crossed 10(views) in a month on blogger, it sure is something. Even keeping in mind that half of the users don't even bother reading your posts and that they are just here to earn some extra crypto still, it is something. Because even now, there are many genuine readers who not only read your posts; they also appreciate you by commenting on them. And that's the point where I feel like I'm in love with publish0x(not literally) because for a writer, nothing is more precious than the first positive feedback he gets on his content, and that's what you get on publish0x. So, in terms of honest feedback, actual audience and appreciation, I believe publish0x is worth it. But, if you are planning on solely relying on it for earning a living, well, I'm going to stop you there because, as a beginner, you hardly earn a few cents a day, maybe a dollar or two if you are lucky and your writing is good enough. But not much. By saying that, I didn't mean to say that you couldn't earn more, of course, you can. But, you are required to have two things; Excellent writing skills Huge fan following Having said that, I am still in favour of publish0x. Because I think that if you constantly keep working on it. You soon will be able to earn a reasonable passive income(which might come in handy while paying some expenses). But, still, Earning a living by solely depending on it might not be a good choice. Another reason for favouring this site is the unexpected exposure you might get from it. **Update:** There is another site that I just joined a few weeks ago and, I started preferring it already because it is way more rewarding than publish0x, and its name is "read.cash". It's more rewarding because here tips are given by users, so that means tips have no limits, they can be more or less, but on publish0x as the "tips" are by the company not the users themselves, that's why there is a limit to what the users can reward. Both platforms are genuine and legit so, you can use both. **Conclusion:** if you like writing and you are planning on using free platforms like Blogger or WordPress(free) for it, I would suggest using publish0x as; You will get more attention and exposure. You might earn a reasonable passive income just for doing what you like to do. And you will keep getting paid long after publishing your post(even if it's not much). Getting more feedback will help you improve your writing. But, if you are planning to earn a living by blogging, I would suggest using other professional platforms like WordPress(premium) etc I hope this article will help you in some way and If you got any suggestions, feel free to use the comment section. **Note:** Well, honestly, it was supposed to be a publish0x review only but, then I came by this another great platform, And I just felt that It would be cruel not to mention it. What I want to say is that almost everything in this article is about publish0x, do not blame me for not covering "read.cash" features and perks as I mentioned that it was not about "read.cash" anyway.
Water Reacts "**Water reacts**" Sounds weird, isn't it? Well, believe it or not, it's true. I, myself, was amazed when this video "water is alive" came by. At first, I thought it was just for clickbait but, soon, I realized that it had something to do with reality. So I watched that video and, the evidence and proofs provided in that video were quite satisfying. Of course, It(the water) wasn't fulfilling all the requirements and conditions for something to be declared as "living" or "dead", Yet, It was called "alive". You must be wondering how. Well, let me explain... **Masaru Emoto**(a Japanese author and researcher) was the first to perform such experiments on water and claim that water had the capability to react to human emotions, such as anger, happiness, abuse or prayer etc. He claimed that water exposed to positive thoughts or speeches created beautiful and pleasing ice crystals, whereas water exposed to negative thoughts or speech had an opposite effect; It had formed ugly crystals(which used to have no specific shapes). He even tested it many times, and according to him, the result was always the same. So he shared his research(done purely by himself). **Fun fact:** Emoto was not even a scientist. He did all this research on his own. He even published it. The above picture shows the difference in crystal formation of water after being exposed to various words and emotions. **Method of Exposure:** According to Emoto, You can expose water to emotions and convey your message by: Speech (by using words) By Writing (you can even tape the "writing" on a water bottle or jar) Silent thought Using pictures Well, If you take a closer look, This theory even makes us reconsider our structure(our body); we all know that about 70% of our body is made up of water. So if this theory is true, imagine how enormous and drastic effects can our words have on our bodies. To some extent, This claim by Emoto also explains why it is considered wrong to abuse ethically and why it is prohibited in different religions(because the use of bad words affects our own bodies negatively). And similarly, why there is a prayer before drinking water(because no matter which religion, prayers are always good words). **What** ***do you think?*** **Is it true?** Even though Mr Emoto provided photograph proofs of his work, still there is criticism on his work some say he was right, While others say he was wrong. So what do you guys think? Was he right or wrong? **I am hoping to get your replies in the comment box.** And if you ask from me, Well, I would say that he must be true, even if he is proven wrong in the future; yet I would say it must be true. Because we are not quite sure of the depth of our relationship with nature, Or, In how many ways our actions affect it. So, we cannot just jump to any conclusion based only on our assumptions and experiments, nor can we completely deny or confirm any fact(or theory). What I think is that as there is so much left to be uncovered in this world, everyone must be given a chance to do it in their own way, as long as it's not bogus or fake or just another tactic to get the fame, it's ok. I hope this article will help you in some way. If you got any questions or suggestions, you are most welcome to use the comment box. If you find this topic interesting, please let me know. Better late than never Here I'm back, lying on my bed, thinking what to write next, even struggling for it. Of course, this situation is not new for me as I encounter this situation every 3-4 days as I post every 3-4 days. But still, I'm tired of it. At first, I used to think that, for me, writing is nothing and that I could do it in no time. But now I, in my all senses, admit that I was totally wrong(well, Better late than never). Writing is not a child's play; it sure demands the best out of you. And I really appreciate those who come up with an idea to write every(single) day that sure is an advanced level of creativity; plus, a target hard to achieve. Sometimes I think, Great! There they are writing daily, even being busy in their daily chores, and here I am, lying idle the whole day, and yet, it takes 2 to 3 days to come up with something worth writing. Wow, God! how creative I am? I had read(somewhere) that for a "non-writer", It is not easy to come up with the ideas to write every second day. At first, you might have some ideas in your piggy bank(mind) but, soon, you will run out of ideas, and that point will decide your **writing future** because that is the point where most people give up and leave it. So, If you are patient enough to survive these highs and lows, then I can assure you that soon you will come up as a worthy writer. So, Goodluck on your "being patient" journey. As for me, these few days have been pretty challenging as I was feeling exhausted, and my piggy bank was empty, which resulted in me ending up reviewing(recommending) a movie for a post. Well, honestly, it was not only for the sake of the post, I really liked that movie, and I had felt that It was a bit under-rated( even being at 6.6 IMDB) so, I recommended it, in the hope that maybe someone will have a good time watching it. I haven't reviewed any movie before and am not sure about the future plans yet, but this movie had something so, I did. Well, by now, you must be tired of me bluffing and must be thinking, "**Why am I writing this weird article?**" Ans: Well, it's been 2-3 days and, I hadn't come up with any worthy ideas yet. So, basically, It was only for the sake of posting. I thought, maybe just by writing something, I might get a good idea. Or, possibly, you guys might give me better suggestions. So friends, finally, here it comes to an end and (for your info)I'm not lying in my bed anymore. If you are still here; That's so nice of you. And, As for today, I can't say that " I hope this article will help you in some way." as I always do. So, I will say only one thing. Thank you so much for being here.
Under-rated Blockbuster Do you like horror movies? Movies that unleash your inner fears Movies that set you on an adventurous journey Movies that give you Goosebumps Well, if you are looking for horror movies with a great storyline, adventure and acting, you are in the right place. Because I am about to share a movie, which meets all of your requirements. Plus, I can assure you that you won't regret watching it. In fact, you'll be glad that you watched it. So let's start... The name of that movie is "Birdbox"(don't even think of running, just keep reading... ). I know, The name isn't that adventurous, and maybe you have read it somewhere before, but you ignored it as you thought of it as just another regular movie. But that's where you are wrong. It isn't just a regular movie; it's way more than that. **Birdbox** is a horror movie with such a unique concept, A concept like no other. ****How is Birdbox different from other movies?**** Let me explain, Tell me? What's common in all the horror movies you have watched before? Ans: Knowing what to fear. The common factor in all other horror movies is that we are aware of the thing haunting us, or we know what we are running from, whether we see it or not. For example; ghosts, zombies, cannibals, aliens etc. Whether we see them or not, at least, we know what they are. That's the point where Birdbox is different. Because In "Birdbox", you are not aware of the fear or the entity you are running from, The only information provided is that whatever it is, you cannot see it and, more surprisingly, it's not that you literally can't see it; It means that you are not supposed to see it. Because if you do, you will die. Knowing enough, The characters of the movie team up and try to save their lives. This movie covers the difficulties and situations they face while doing so. Another factor in this movie is the sympathy for others, Most characters in this movie are very sympathetic and they risk their lives in helping others, which often leads to life losses. This sympathy for others is the factor that gives this movie an emotional touch as well. It has an IMDb rating of 6.6. Which is a good rating but still, in my opinion, this movie is a hidden gem. It has so many messages for us. If you have not seen it yet and are not sure whether you should watch it or not? Just trust me, and give it a chance. I hope you like this article. Hand gestures that shouldn't be ignored. Handshakes, hand gestures to greet someone, have existed for thousands of years and in various forms. Even today handshake is the most common gesture for greeting. But have you ever wondered that besides greeting, they serve another purpose too? Believe it or not, Handshakes can have a drastic impact on your impression while meeting someone. Handshakes can reveal a lot about your personality. For example; Someone having a firm handshake can be perceived as an extroverted personality, whereas having a limp handshake reveals a shy and introverted individual. In this article, we'll only be covering the three most common handshakes and the impression they make on others. So let's start. **Types of Handshakes:** Dominant Handshake Submissive Handshake Equality Handshake **Dominant Handshake:** As appears from its name, This handshake exhibits dominance and aggression. It involves facing your palm downward while offering your hand to someone. This type of handshake is not likeable because when you are offering your hand facing your palm downwards; you are just forcing others to hold it by facing their palm upwards(a submissive position). This handshake is discouraged because it makes others feel inferior, as you are forcing them into a submissive handshake. That's why anyone with some status in a society highly protests this handshake. **Note:** It is advised not to use this handshake in your daily routine as this might make others think of you as arrogant and moody. People who might accept this handshake without complaining can be your co-workers or employees(maybe). But, if you are planning to do it with your friends or seniors, well, beware, because they might take it as aggression or arrogance even if you meant no disrespect. That's why it is recommended to avoid it as much as possible. **Submissive Handshake:** As already mentioned briefly in the above category, This handshake exhibits a submissive attitude. It involves facing your palm upward while offering your hand for a handshake. This handshake gives an impression of submitting yourself to someone. In other words, you are transferring control to someone else. It is considered fine as it never makes anyone feel inferior. But unacceptable in a way that it can make one(you) look inferior. Because when you are offering your hand in a palm-up position, you are providing others with a chance to dominate you by giving you a dominant handshake. This type of handshake is discouraged because you should never let anyone dominate you. **Note:** This kind of handshake should only be used when you want someone to be in charge. If you use it in your daily routine, I am afraid that others might think of you as inferior and might not award you with the respect you deserve. So be careful. **Equality Handshake:** This handshake gesture expresses equality, confidence and struggle. It requires the palms of both individuals to face each other in a vertical position in a way that both apply the same pressure. It is the symbol of "struggle" as both the individuals struggle to keep their hands in a vertical position; This struggle equalizes the status of both individuals, which results in no individual being dominant or submissive. This handshake must be used in daily routine because neither it disrespects someone nor makes you look inferior. **Conclusions:** Handshakes are everywhere. Style may differ but, we all do it in some way. So, it's better to have an idea of what impression your handshake style is making on others. I hope this article will help you in some way. Where are the IDEAS! Coming up with something to write every second day is not that easy for someone who hasn't been into writing before. There is a saying, "**Practice makes a man perfect**". I agree but, the real problem is still there, "**How to come up with the ideas to write about?**". (means that how to get ideas for practising) Generally, when most people start writing, they are naturally equipped with a few ideas which maybe they, themselves, aren't aware of, but as soon as they start writing, those ideas jump in; Resulting in an appropriate article cooked(written). It works fine until you've got storage(of ideas), but the moment you run out of ideas (you already had), that's the point where most of the people surrender and start thinking that writing isn't the right option for them. In my opinion, that's where they are wrong because it's pretty rare for someone to be creative enough to come up with new ideas, to write, every single day. I'm not saying that no one can get new ideas(to write) every day; I am just saying that only a few people possess this artistry, and even fewer are masters at it. That's why for someone, who isn't that passionate about writing anyway, it's normal to run out of topics for writing. After this whole reasoning and conversation, let's get to the point **Tips to get ideas:** I am pretty sure that if you google now, you will find a whole lot of ways to come up with great ideas, some of which are pretty useful as well. Now, you must be thinking that if that's so, why am I bothering to add one more article to the google search results. fortunately, I got a reason; In this article, I will only share a few ways which are very easy and effective. So let's start, **Find the Pattern** Saying "I am out of ideas" expresses the fact that there was a time when you had some ideas, and you utilized them already. Right? So what you to do is that go back and take a look at your writing masterpieces, see what pattern you have been following( by "pattern", I mean to have a look at your article topics and inter-relate them) and think about how can you contribute more to this pattern. If you do it right, I am sure you will come up with a new idea in no time. **Just start writing** This one may seem awkward, but, trust me, it comes in handy. Those who don't follow any pattern while writing finds this method more useful. What you have to do is, sit down and start writing. Write whatever comes to your mind. Even if you think it's too childish, still write it down. **How it works:** Writing down whatever is in your mind helps you make room for new ideas. Basically, By writing them down, you are actually getting rid of the thoughts already revolving in your head. By the way, This method is my favourite because I am also a random writer(I do not have a pattern) and, if I don't have any writing pattern; How am I supposed to follow it? **Close your eyes:** One of the simplest ways to come up with ideas is to close your eyes for a minute or two and focus; Try to think of something you are best at(which you can write about). **Note:** This method can depress you sometimes; because when you are not getting any ideas, you feel like you are good at nothing. Firstly, don't let it happen to you; be patient and keep in mind that everyone is good at something. If you cannot think of something you are good at, it doesn't mean you are good at nothing; it means you haven't discovered it yet. So, don't get depressed and try to discover it. Simple as that. So, These were some of the methods and tips that I found much easier and more effective than the others, so I shared them with you all. I hope this article will help you in some way. If you got any suggestions or questions, feel free to use the comment box.

Snap out of nervousness (bonus tip) Have you ever got nervous in any situation, whether it was an interview, a party or anything? ( I am sure you would say "Yes"). **You are not alone:** If you are worried that your answer was "Yes", don't worry about it, because, my friend, you are not alone. We all are on the same boat (in fact, I would say this boat is a bit overloaded). **Never Feel Ashamed:** Nervousness is not something you should feel ashamed of. It's completely normal for anyone to get nervous in a situation h/she is not familiar with. Everyone gets nervous; it's just that degree of nervousness varies from person to person. In fact, if anyone tells you that they never get nervous no matter how difficult and complex the situation gets, bear in mind that they are lying. **Feeling nervous is not a problem:** Nervousness is not an issue; The issue is letting it overpower you. If you google "What is Nervousness", you will find out that it's just our body's response to a stressful situation, which means we cannot prevent it from happening anyway. What we can do is to reduce its effects on us or at least hide them effectively. **Effects of Nervousness:** The effects of nervousness vary from person to person, yet some of them are; Sweating Shivering (of hands or full-body) Difficulty in making eye contact Difficulty in speaking up These, along with some others, are some of the most common effects of nervousness. **Tricks to instantly prevent nervousness effects:** On google, you would find many articles that count down "Number of ways" to prevent nervousness, like getting good sleep, avoiding caffeine etc. But here, I am only going to share the ones that help instantly such as; **1. Eat something:** I don't know why but, due to some reason, our mind feels safe when we are eating something, and thus any nervousness is relieved automatically. But we cannot just keep holding a plate wherever we go. right? That's why it is suggested to keep something like chewing gum in your mouth, as it would trick your mind into thinking that you are not in any problem and you are safe, which will help reduce nervousness. **Note:** It is better not to chew if you are presenting something, but if you do, just don't let it expose. **2. Prepare yourself by:** If you are in public(for a presentation or gathering) and feeling nervous, just avoid overthinking. Remember that the more you think, the more insecurities will consume you. So, it is better to just prepare yourself(for the next move) by saying, "Here I go" or counting to 1,2,3 (not loudly) and start as you planned. **3. Just think you look amazing:** Most people feel nervous in public just because they think, they look terrible ( which in most cases is not true), and they just keep trying to fix things up which, shows that they are nervous. That's why to this specific category, it is suggested that before you do anything, just repeat "I look amazing" in your mind 3 times. After that do whatever you want. **Bonus Tip:** No matter how nervous you are, never admit it. Because If you'll admit, your mind will surrender, which is not good. Instead, you should keep thinking that you aren't nervous, This way you will end up tricking your mind into thinking that everything is fine. I hope you get the point As these instant tricks were tested by myself(and they helped me a lot). I thought they might help you as well. We cannot prevent the effects completely but, still, we can reduce them effectively. **Conclusion:** Nervousness is just our body's response to unfamiliar situations, that's why at one point or another we all are forced into it, what we can do is to train ourselves to get better at hiding it, which is not that difficult either; only a little practice is needed and you will master it. I hope this article will help you in some way. Use the comment box if you got any suggestions.

Introverts who actually aren't introverts How do you feel around people? Do you feel shy or confident? Do you classify yourself as an introvert or an extrovert? (in case you don't know what it means let me clarify it for you.) An **introvert** is the type of person who is shy and enjoys loneliness. while An **extrovert** is the type of person who is Confident and likes being social (enjoys outdoor activities). I'm pretty much sure that after going through the simple definitions of these two words you have already made your mind of what category you fall in (introverts or extroverts). Well, it's not that simple and this is the point where the twist comes in. Turns out there is another category that lies somewhere in the middle of both of the above-mentioned categories called "**Ambiverts**" or "**Omniverts**". An **Ambivert** is the type of person who possesses traits of both introverts and extroverts. In simple words, he/she can act like an introvert or extrovert according to the situation and that's what makes them different. But, here another question rises: Why there is a need for another category? Well, the answer is quite simple, after studying and observing people closely it was clear that most of them either weren't fit for both categories or were fitting into both at the same time. With this observation, the demand for another category raised, which lead to 3rd category called "Ambiverts". Now that we know how this new term came into existence let's talk about some facts. 1. As soon as the term "Ambiverts" was introduced, it neglected the fact that a person can only be a pure introvert or a pure extrovert. 2. It was estimated that the majority of the people on earth are Ambiverts. Even there is an estimated percentage of 68% for it(it's not confirmed). 3. With the fact that ambiverts are in majority, it was clear that pure extroverts and introverts are less in number(somewhat rare). Now, acknowledging the fact that intros and extros are rare, we can jump to a conclusion that most people who think they are on the one end (introvert) or the other (extrovert) are maybe unaware of the middle way (Ambiverts). In other words, they are ambiverts but they don't know that. Finally, after this whole discussion, we know what " introverts who aren't introverts " meant. It meant "those who think they are introverts but actually, they aren't". Similarly, there are most people who think they are extroverts but actually, they aren't. **Conclusion:** We see that originally these categories are just made to give us an idea about our personalities and which aspect of our personality needs work. It never implies that if for example; you are an introvert then you are definitely gonna be a shy and quiet guy and if you are an extrovert then being social and confident is destined for you. I hope this article helps you in some way

A Rare Skill Have you ever been in a situation where your friend cracked a joke on you and you were unable to defend it? A situation where you were out of comebacks. if yes, then does it happen a lot or rarely? if your answer is "a lot" then the chances are that either you are not quick-witted(Hazir jawab) or even if you are, you haven't polished your skills yet. Well, the skill of being quick-witted isn't something that only a particular group of people can possess, however, there are some people who are naturally good at it. But, the good news is that everyone can master it with some practice. before moving on to our topic, let me give you an idea of what exactly being quick-witted means: A quick-witted(Hazir jawab) person is one who possesses the ability to think and respond very quickly and effectively. ( Being specific in the field of humour) A quick-witted person is the type of person who comes up with immediate comebacks to any type of jokes or sarcasm made on him/her. Now that you have an idea of what exactly a quick-witter is, let's see how to be one. Being a quick-witter is not as simple as reading books(on humour), watching comedy shows or memorizing funny comebacks, however, it can help a lot. Being a quick-witter takes more than that, such as; 1. Observation 2. Active listening 3. Confidence Allow me to further explain it to you **1. Observation:** You must be a good observer to be a quick-witter, because, quick-witters make their jokes (or points) based on their observation. For example, you were wearing a glove with a hole in it while talking to your friend and suddenly he says "Wow, nice fashion". Now you see, this joke was purely based on observation and it had nothing to do with books, shows etc. **Note:** There are certain techniques to effectively observe someone or a group without giving them a feeling of creepiness which I will explain in the coming posts. **2. Active listening** After observation, another main step towards being a quick witter is "Active listening". You will agree that many of us are not as attentive as we pretend to be in any conversation. In fact, while we are pretending to be listening, we are actually thinking of something to say (maybe funny) which will suit the situation. That's why when someone cracks a joke on us while staying within the boundaries of his/her context, we get surprised and miss the opportunity to come up with a good comeback. Active listening is essential for being a quick-witter because quick-wittiness is all about situations, and if you don't know which situation you are in; then, you can't come up with a good comeback either. **3. Confidence** You must be wondering how confidence is related? Well, allow me to explain; Imagine your friend cracked a joke on you and the very second he cracked it, you came up with a great comeback but you weren't able to share it because you were lacking confidence. Being quick-witty directly has nothing to do with confidence but when it comes to expressing your skill(quick-wittiness), that's where confidence comes in handy. Because there is no point in coming up with comebacks if you can't share them. So, confidence is also essential. **Conclusion:** I can't promise you that you're going to be a master, but I can certify that you will get better if you follow the steps. Being quick-witted is not about coming up with good comebacks in every situation, it is about improving yourself. **Note:** It is pretty rare for someone to have comebacks ready for every situation; so, in case you miss any opportunity, don't go hard on yourself.

Your Eyes Have you ever felt nervous while making eye contact with people? And, you don’t know why it happens or how to overcome it. Well, you came to the right place for getting answers to both “why” and “how”. Let me relieve you by saying that if you’re facing such issues, you are not alone, everyone faces it. It’s just that some of us are better at hiding(and controlling) it. Well, I don’t have the exact figures but I can assure you that 50–60% of people face it in most situations and the remaining 40–50%, well, let’s just say that they have learnt to harness and camouflage its effects. So, before you learn how to overcome it, it’s important that you first know why it happens. Why do we feel nervous to make eye contact? There are many reasons why most people avoid eye contact. 1. Lack of confidence 2. Being insecure 3. Some kind of incident **1. Lack of Confidence:** This is one of the most common reasons people avoid eye contact. The connection between eye contact and confidence is that people with less confidence think of themselves as unworthy to be able to look into someone’s eyes. Normally, people with this reason(lack of confidence) avoid eye contact with everyone or most of the people whether they know them or not. **2. Being insecure:** This is another common reason people avoid looking into someone’s eyes. People falling under this category are the ones who are full of insecurities and they fear that looking directly into someone’s eyes may reveal them(the insecurities), and that’s the whole reason they don’t make eye contact. These kinds of people are also the ones who avoid eye contact with everyone, regardless of who they are (friends or strangers). **3. Some kind of Incident:** This reason is a bit more specific. People falling under this category have eye contact issues with only a specific group of people (maybe family, maybe friends). They are good at making eye contact with anyone but some people. That specific group can be friends or relatives who were involved in some past incident for example; they made fun of them or insulted them which they never forgot and every time they face that specific group, it reminds them of their insult, which results in poor eye contact. The good news is that people having this issue can overcome it very easily Now, that you know why it happens, let’s see how to overcome it. There are a few simple steps to overcome this problem. **1. Admit it:** Before solving any problem you must admit that you have the problem. You can’t cure any disease unless you think you have any. **2. Start slow:** Once you know that you have the problem start fixing it. Fix small goals for you. For example; “Today I will make eye contact with my friend for 2 seconds every time he looks at me.”. Once you achieve your goal, set the next one for the next day, and make it slightly harder. **Note:** Making it harder doesn’t mean that you just keep on adding time to your eye contact duration, it means doing it confidently. **3. Consider everyone just like you:** Saying it with experience, “This helps a lot”. Considering that everyone is just like you pumps up your confidence and the thoughts of inferiority fade away, which ultimately results in making eye contact easier. **4. Practice it with a friend:** I am sure that you already have read many articles suggesting the same techniques. But the reason it is suggested is to do it with a friend is that it is easy to do with someone you know better. The term “friend” is not only bound to your colleagues(class or office), it includes every person whose presence makes you feel comfortable, to whom you can share your thoughts easily. **5. Practice with strangers:** After doing it with friends, try levelling up and apply it to strangers, start doing with them. This practice will help your brain think that if you can do it with complete strangers, no wonder you will do better with the ones you already know. **Tip:** if you practice eye contact with strangers only for 2–3 days, you will notice that **many of them are even more uncomfortable at this than you**, which will level up your morale. After practising these steps you will definitely get better at this, but, keep some points in mind. **1. Remember the 50–70rule:** it states that you should maintain 50% eye contact while speaking, and 70% while listening. **2. Difference between Confident and Creepier eye contact:** Creepier eye contact means to make eye contact more than wanted. If you don’t take a break while making eye contact, there are chances that others will freak out. So, make your eye contact confident, not creepy. You can easily achieve confident eye contact if you follow the 50–70 rule. I hope this article will help you in some way, if you have any questions or suggestions, don’t hesitate to use the comment box.
