Red and Painful eye Sore eyes in or near one or both eyes are an uncomfortable sensation. It may feel dusty, tender or tired in your eyes. Sore eyes can be induced by unnecessary eye rubbing. Sore eyes may result from airborne irritants, including smoke and smog, as well as other environmental factors such as exposure to chemicals or even excessive sunlight. A very common cause of sore eyes is poor lubrication of the surface of the eye by tears, which is also called dry eye. From prolonged near work, such as reading or focusing on a computer screen, you may get sore eyes. An incorrect eyewear prescription contributes to eye fatigue that leads to soreness. Often causing sore eyes is excessive contact lens wear. Allergy or infection-induced inflammation also leads to sore eyes. These disorders may affect only the eyes, or they may be systemic, such as hay fever or common cold, affecting other areas of the body. Conjunctivitis, also called pink eye, is a common cause of eye soreness, which is an inflammation of the membrane that lines the eyelids and covers the whites of the eye. Along with sore eyes, you may have many other symptoms, including eye pain, redness, itchiness, swelling, tearing, or eye discharge. A common symptom that normally improves on its own with rest is sore eyes without eye pain. Your health care provider should evaluate sultry eyes followed by eye pain and other signs, including fever, discharge, redness, abrupt changes in vision, or red and swollen eyelids. Your health care provider can urge you to use artificial tears, antihistamines, antibiotics, or simply rest, depending on the underlying cause. Sore eyes are not extreme in most situations. If you have sore eyes associated with eye pressure, fever, discharge, redness, abrupt changes in vision, or red and swollen eyelids, seek urgent medical attention (call 911). If your symptoms of sore eyes are recurrent or causing you concern, seek prompt medical attention.

White chocolate White Chocolate Although white chocolate was introduced by the Nestlé company in the 1930s, the U.S. government did not create standards to define this category until 2002. In that year, the government required a product to contain a minimum 20 percent cocoa butter, at least 14 percent milk powder, and no more than 55 percent sugar to legally be termed "white chocolate" rather than a "confection." Despite this new "definition of identity" from the government, white chocolate is not technically chocolate at all, because according to the established definition, a "chocolate" must contain chocolate liquor. Certainly, most chocolate connoisseurs, aficionados, and purists refuse to recognize it as anything but a candy or confection. (While it is sometimes referred to as "white milk chocolate," which is perhaps closer to the mark, even milk chocolate must contain at least some chocolate liquor.) And the lack of cacao solids (the nonfat part of the cacao bean) means that white chocolate is not likely to provide the health benefits of true chocolates. The labels of some white chocolate bars do list a percentage, much the way the labels on true chocolates do, but this percentage does not refer to the percentage of cacao in the bar. Instead, it refers to the amount of cocoa butter. The higher the percentage of cocoa butter, the richer and creamier the bar and the more likely it is to have at least a hint of chocolate flavor.

Basketball Basketball is a game played by two team consisting of 5 players. In the professional league, the time is 48 minutes gameplay which is divided into 4 quarters. A quarter is 12 minutes game time. The goal of the sports is to score by shooting the basketball in your team basket. The team with the highest score will win the game. As long as you enjoy playing the game even if you lose it will be worth it.

routine hello guys. This is my daily routine. i will get up on my bed I will brush my teeth using toothbrush and toothpaste. I will be using water for rinsing. Ill prepare mamy coffee by boiling a water. Prepare the ingredient. Coffee, creamer and sugar. Pour on hot water in the mug. Ill drink my coffee with two pandesal Ill wash my dishes after eating I will go back to bed and read and write some article here in readcash. After im going to the market to buy ingredients for our lunch Before i cook our meal ill take a bath first. Im using head and shoulder and safeguard. I use cold water because we dont have a heater. After taking a bath. I will cook our meal. While cooking in watching videos on youtube After cooking we will eat our lunch. Aftwr eating will read and write an article on readcash Ill take a nap in the afternoon Dinner time. Will reheat our lunch. After eating lunch watch a movie Then go to sleep

Amazingly abandoned places in the World When you first heard abandoned places, what comes into your mind? For me it is dark, dirty and painful in the eyes to see. But there are some abandoned place in the world that are awesomely beautiful. Here are the list that caught my attentions. Tianducheng, hangzhou, China Looks life eiffel tower in Paris, but this place is China's Tianducheng district. Built in 2007, a real state miniature replica of the of Paris, France but unsuccessful. Now used for creative photoshoots. Houtouwan, Shengshan Islang, China A forner fiahibg village but now uninhabited for several decades. Covered with with creeping ivy and lush vegetation. Now used as a spot for tourist and photographers. Lapalice Castle, Poland Built in 1979, not technically a castle but a studio for artist Piotr Kazimierczak. Not finished due to financial problems and rights on the land. Now filled with just graffiti on the wall. 4. El Hotel del Salto, Colombia Built as an architects mansion, then became hotel del salto in 1950's but abandoned collecting moss and tales of ghost. Now converted into Tequendama Fall Museum Aniva lighthouse, Russia Involved in a custody battle between Japan and Russia for around a century. Nuclear generators and mercury lubricants helped the structure operate but was later abandoned. Thats it guys, those abandoned places that i think are awesome.
