Happy Saturday evening friends! I am so proud of myself friends! On the photos, this is my first try cooking PORK SINIGANG! It's a stew characterized by its sour and savoury taste. I used real Tamarind to make it sour and i added a little bit of the Sinigang mix. And of course lots of veggies added! My husband approved of its taste and i am so glad i did well because i do not want the ingredients to just go to waste ehehe It's an accomplishment for today. Yahoo How's your Saturday friends?
