I dont look at it like this.... everyone is put in your life for reason. some stay and some go. If someone isn't happy... move on. I'd rather they leave and be happy then feel stuck. At the time you might feel like it's the end of the world but trust me, there is something better waiting for you. :) Took a few bad apples in my life, but now I am happy..
