Dr Sahab !!! ہم تھے ٹھہرے ہوئے پانی پہ کسی چاند کا عکس جس کو اچھے بھی لگے اس نے بھی پتھر پھینکا !۔ I was feeling bored right now , So I thought I should post something here 🤔 ! Well, Now a days , I am performing my duties Alhamdulillah and These are so good that I can't describe ! Although My last week was just Bakwaas , But overall my this rotation is Satisfactory ! I had choosen my first rotation of Nephrology ward 7A ! There is two Long hour duties in which one is 12 hours in Dialysis Unit but we have to sit all the day and there is nothing to do on that day ! And other is 30 hours duties and hectic one ! But Alhamdulillah I am enjoying my duties ! Last week was not good because I had 3 ,30 hours duties in one week because Our private HOs were new and we have to learn them what to do and how to do ! But we were S.H.Os ,(Senior House Officers) . So , I used to leave them at 11 pm and go to hostal for sleep ! I am enjoying my duties Alhamdulillah and one of the reasons is that I am the Most Cute and beautiful HO of alls LOL 😂 I am "Aankh Kaa Taara" of all the ward and staff members ! In our ward there are just 2 male PGRs and 5 Female PGRs although some of them become jealous ! But I ignore them ! One Female PGR is from Taunsa and one is from DGK and both of them are too nice to me ! The one from DGK made the roaster , and last week she was saying everyone that " Umair ko koi kaam nh batana pehlay hi itni duties laga di han uski , ghusay Men hay" 😂 ! Because I said many times to that mam that You did Wrong with me and she was saying "Mujhy pata nh chala lekin men n roaster bana bh dia tha aur Official group men send bhi kar dia tha ,to change nh kar sakti thi na " ! We are 4 HOs from Nishtar and 3 HOs from private colleges ! Among 4 there are 3 male and 1 female ! And among 3 , 1 Female and 2 male ! Actually , when we 4 came , Mam made 2 group of us , Two were on male side and 2 on female side. ! I and my female Co-HO were in female side ! In this way we became a pair and the other two were pair ! When Private HOs came , both male were friends , so they became pair ! The girl was mostly with my pair ! So ,I said that Dr Farzana is alone and she didn't have pair . Then my pair said that , Why not we should make a Trio ?. I said Okay ! Both are too nice ! I used to call My Pair as "Murshid" and she sometimes laugh on it ! I asked one day either she mind when I say this to her ! She said " Mujhy kia masla Hona H Banda Bethay Bethay Murshid Ban jaye" 😂! I said Okay ! Well , Overall my ward is best and best ! I am really enjoying this although House Job is too hectic ! But at least we are getting Paid for that and what else we want ! I although got my first Pay and I gave whole pay to my Mother as it was my first pay ! She was really happy over that ! I used to call my mother everyday or the second day ! She was saying that You are having so many marriage purposals and I am confused which will be best with you ! I said , Just wait Amman G , right time will decide that who is best with me ! I will not do engagement, I will do direct Nikkah and Will do Rukhsati whenever I will want ! But I will not do this untill my older brother and younger sister get married and there will be Turn 😂 ! InshaAllah This year both marriages will be settled InshaAllah ! How are your days going My Friends ? Alhamdulillah I am Mazzay Men !
