Yesterday, I posted a picture of the red and white diver down flag. This picture below is the internationally recognized diver down flag or (alpha flag). Both have the same meaning to other boats or watercraft. Slow down, proceed with caution, there are scuba divers below. I personally have only seen this fly a couple of times.
