How often should you eat bananas

Bananas should be eaten every day, but not for breakfast. Research conducted at the University of Alabama found that consuming a banana every day can help prevent heart attacks and strokes. This is due to the high levels of potassium found in this fruit, which affects the health of the arteries. Constant consumption of foods rich in potassium also affects the normal heartbeat. When the body does not have enough potassium, arrhythmia can occur and potentially less blood flow to the brain, muscles and organs, said dietitian Michelle Routhenstein. However, bananas are not a good choice for breakfast for several reasons. First, a banana has about 25 percent sugar which is not a good ratio right after waking up. Also, although we will feel full of energy immediately after the banana, hunger and fatigue will soon follow. Previous research has shown the same results, as foods rich in potassium have a positive effect on lower blood pressure, and reduce the risk of heart disease. It is important to note that the whole diet should be enriched with this mineral, and then the body will be grateful.
