The myths of entrepreneurship.
The human being is cyclical, both individually and collectively. So many things that seem new or novel to us have already been experienced in certain ways in the past.
The human being is also an entrepreneur by nature, using the word "entrepreneur" in its most complete and comprehensive sense. For example, entrepreneurs were human beings who undertook long journeys to reach new lands, those who learned to use some technologies and of course there have also been entrepreneurial traders since ancient times.
The truth is that with the feudalism and slavery that this implied, there was an abandonment of individual entrepreneurial activity since only kings and other feudal lords were served. Later, with the end of these systems, the masses needed a system that could supply themselves to satisfy the great needs, and yes, the industrial revolution and the creation of large factories brought what was probably needed at that time.
I think that everything is necessary at a given moment, the industrial revolution was a point in history, but it is not the last of the collective evolution of the human being. It was simply needed and it fulfilled its function and in fact today in some parts of the world large factories are still needed since we are in a time of transition and not in a well-defined time.
But everything has its advantages and disadvantages since the need for large factories also turned education into almost only an instrument to create workers, who will adapt well to work, but lacking knowledge of their potential.
Then, with the development that part of this system has brought, we have seen the conditions for more people to work on their own and become entrepreneurs and businessmen, but education has not changed. We have then observed the birth of a great literature on entrepreneurship, personal development, personal finance, etc. And although this was also necessary to awaken many people to their true potential, it is also true that some small mistakes have been made that we still have time to correct in order to be able to make an integration and not touch perhaps not very healthy extremes.
I am an entrepreneur in many areas and I have been a reader of this type of work that I indicate and I am very grateful for it, today however I want to point out some points that I have been learning little by little on my path as an entrepreneur:
1. "Entrepreneurs start from scratch":
Although in many works there is reference to leveraging the tools that one has, it is also true that an excessive cult is paid to achieve everything by oneself, which in many cases is unfeasible and generates a lot of stress.
I personally have had many family problems, but I understand that wealth is something that is generated intergenerationally so I am learning to receive more from my family, but trying to maintain a balance and pay attention to family healing.
2. "Time is money":
It is a very American expression, present in the great works they have on entrepreneurship. And although time passes and one must try to do their own thing, it is also true that one has to have time for oneself, rest, travel, play and not see everything in economic terms.
My personal situation (Conclusion).
I think that when I started in entrepreneurship I had a more selfish vision of things and of money itself. And it is that although many times I thought that I was working in my businesses for my family or for my partner at that time, I think that in general I did not have such a global vision of money and of all the good that can be done with a business.
Currently I am trying to integrate that version of me that started in entrepreneurship with a version a little more conscious for some things. For example, I try to give a lot of importance to spirituality, to listen to myself, that my ideas and ventures do the best possible good, to take care of nature, in order not to make money just for money.
So the entrepreneurship literature was necessary for many of us to wake up, but we have to be careful not to fall into absolutism and to connect with ourselves in a deep way so as not to do things only in an automated way.
The individual and collective response is always in us.

Life is also a team game.
When we are children and adolescents, most of us practice some sport or game. In my case, as in that of many, I chose soccer practice.
At these ages it is very common for children to take the soccer ball trying to dribble almost the entire rival team, the most skillful achieved it, but generally by losing the ball in unsafe areas of the field you put the team at risk of a possible counterattack. of the opposing team that took you out of adjustment tactically.
Little by little those of you who had the opportunity to have training and to have friction against more sophisticated equipment learned that passing the soccer ball was the best, since you avoided unnecessary losses and also injuries. Of course, that dose of creativity and individuality is always needed to break the rival's lines, but the criteria of when to secure the pass and when to try to surprise is the most important thing in the end.
In everyday life we are too prone to extremes and I include myself, many times we have little capacity to synthesize and we do not balance, thus, for example, there are economic and social theories such as capitalism that promote almost total individualism. I personally agree more with these theories, since for me the most sublime end of the human being is freedom.
Then we have other theories more based on the collective, the problem is that they come from dictators or impositions and then people do not want to join the collective since their individual freedoms are lost.
The problem with being totally individualistic is that we stress too much and want to carry more than our share, many times at the cost of health and our internal happiness and the problem of being totally collective is that if it is promoted by external entities we can lose our freedom and our rights.
So this is where we need the capacity for synthesis, I look forward to the day when most of us can work as a team out of conscience and not out of obligation. Some taking care of the environment, others of health, others of the economy, but all working as a good gear, this will allow us to evolve as humanity and leave many of the physical and psychological ailments that humans now suffer.
I do not want to take care of everything, I want a team that helps without losing my individual creativity in the process, and as I have written other times I believe that these changes will come as we humans connect more with ourselves and with our spirituality.
I invite you and I invite you to play for the team while we express all our individual magic, the criteria is the key and as always the answer is in us.

My first million. (Display)
We are all millionaires, only sometimes we do not realize it. We have health or we have had it, we have food, we have access to knowledge, we have loved ones, etc. There are so many reasons for being and feeling millionaires that sometimes we do not realize how privileged we are and we pass everything through the eye of money and the material goods that we have.
And that happens to all of us, I include myself. Now I try to be more grateful with what I already have and try to go at my own pace, however it is not about demonizing money or material possessions, since these well managed and built on more solid foundations can also help us to live our lives. missions and our dreams.
So this is a visualization exercise, of what I would do at the time of having a hypothetical million dollars. What would I do? What would change in me?
Here is my reflection:
1. My houses:
I would have at least two big and comfortable houses to be at ease and in cities to my liking, probably one in Antigua Guatemala and a more rural one somewhere like Santa Cruz del Quiché.
Antigua Guatemala.
2. Savings:
They say that it is only necessary to become a millionaire once, and it is that many people who become millionaires end up returning to the starting point. It is not that it is bad, but it is not the most appropriate either, so I would allocate an important part to a 'safe' savings in a good bank that gives me calm returns and that helps me finance more experiences and things.
3. Investment:
I would dedicate more resources to my digital projects and I would also have some more traditional physical businesses such as a vegetarian restaurant and a line of taxis or transport.
4. Hobbies and mission:
I think this is the most attractive and fun part, and it is that for me it is very important to live, be happy, play, travel and dedicate myself to everything that really makes me smile. So I would dedicate myself to just that: to play soccer, to travel, to know beautiful places, especially in Guatemala and Central America and I would live many experiences.
On the side of my mission, it is very important for me to take care of nature, which is why I would visit many natural places, I would try to support green projects and ultimately I would try to carry out my mission with more tools.
Conclusions:
I think visualizing is very important as it helps us to be prepared for when our scenarios present themselves and it also helps us move towards those scenarios.
Of course I am aware that to carry out the projects and hobbies that I wrote it is not necessary to have so much money and that I can find the ways and mechanisms to carry out all these dreams, but it is true that having already a secure economic base is a little easier to keep doing everything you need.
In addition, I would not stop working since the work gives a purpose and occupation, so I would also work on other projects and sometimes volunteer.
Will that million get to me? How will it arrive? Will it be holding a cryptocurrency? Will it be through a publication on a decentralized network? I do not know, but the important thing is to work and move forward for when that opportunity arises and if not then it is also for something, but for my part I believe that I am in a moment in which I am healing and I am open to receive abundance and prosperity .
Time will give the answers.
Mis redes sociales.
Social networks have become spaces on the internet that add us many benefits and opportunities. They have definitely changed our life in general for the better and art (as in everything) is knowing how to use them for the better.
In any case, I am not a maximalist of social networks or the total digitization of life and I am a defender of the balance between digital opportunities and normal and natural life.
In my last publications I have done a work of order to organize my ideas and projects and in this case it will be the same, making a brief review of my social networks to have an order of how I use each one. I am not a well-known figure or something like that, but in each network I try to add value and each network has its purposes. I am generally a minimalist, but I have several social networks with various purposes.
Here is a list of my networks:
Traditional social networks.
Facebook:
In general, it is my favorite social network, although I do not like certain arbitrariness, it is the most effective social network to be with your friends and it is in my opinion the social network par excellence.
https://m.facebook.com/DiegoGonzalez06
Instagram:
Although I don't use it much because I prefer writing-based environments rather than images, I think it is a valuable social network and I will try to follow travel accounts since at some point I would like to create content on that topic.
https://www.instagram.com/diegognzlz24/?hl=es
Twitter:
I like to follow some specific personalities and it strikes me that now it allows to receive compensation, now I am recovering my account and I will follow closely.
Crypto social networks:
They are interesting to earn a little in crypto assets and to learn about different topics.

Social networks to find out information:
Although information can be acquired on all networks, I have an account on Reddit and on Quora.
Social networks to meet people:
Although it seems funny I have an account in Hi5, I also think I have some more accounts that I do not use much.
Social networks for professional contacts:
Linkedin:
I have not made the most of it, but I will see what turn I give it to get something done with this network.

And well for now so far my report, I want to continue testing networks to earn money and crypto assets and also add some decentralized social networks and as I wrote at the beginning make sure you use technology and not that it uses you, let's be conscious humans in the era of technology.

My business and life strategy in the short and medium term
I am very much into meditating and internalizing what I am living and feeling at all times. In the morning I usually reflect a little before starting my activities and I also do it at noon and at night.
This helps me to know myself more and to know how I am at all times, to feel and to move on with my life.
Right now I feel that I am reaching the end of a cycle in which I decided to heal some emotional wounds, support the healing of some family processes and in which I tried to start laying more solid foundations for the next moments of my life.
My vision for the next cycle of my life is above all to become more independent since until now I have been with my family most of the time and I already need more privacy to function better. I also want to live in a more central city that resonates more with my current moment of life and I want to expand and go out more to know other realities.
With regard to entrepreneurship, I have decided not to venture into an undertaking alone since this is a mistake that we can make when starting an undertaking and, on the contrary, I want to have a "business chain", more or less complementary to each other and that try to experiment with different tastes and abilities ..>
So below I make a small list of the ventures and activities in which I plan to focus in the short and medium term:
1. Work.
And yes, even though at first it may seem contradictory, I want to work in a relationship of dependency. This is to have an income that allows me to move and continue developing myself and developing my ventures. Of course, I don't want a job that is totally demanding of my time, but it does allow me to learn new things and earn money while I occupy my time, since having all the time for leisure is not a good balance either.
I would like to work marketing a high added value service; in real estate, but in the administrative part and not only earning commissions for sales and for its
post I would like to work in something related to the environment.
For now I am examining a preliminary list of people and institutions where perhaps I might have a chance.
2. Creation of web pages, groups and communities.
I think this does not need much explanation and is that even today the generation of income from advertising can be a good business on the Internet and even more so if one manages to create communities with value that can be monetized.
3. Creation of own platforms.
Continuing with the line of being an entrepreneur considering that the great gain can be in developing a platform and not only in being a user of it. I think I have some interesting ideas and my job now is to develop them cheaply so that the profit is truly profitable.
In that sense, I am recruiting one or more programs that can be my partners in development so that the ideas are more profitable.
4. Real Estate.
Although this is something more in the medium and long term, I think it is one of the most sustainable options over time to ensure economic balance.
For now I do not have capital to make my first investments, but my family has some properties from which I could leverage to take my first steps. Although it is not my preferred option, if you doubt to support me in my family for this it is not something that I would rule out.
I also have an open relationship with a girl and we would like to have a space of our own, maybe we have some kind of society in that sense.
In any case, I want to take my first steps in this sector and not stop.
Real estate and can be environmentally friendly.
5. Digital assets.
Crypto assets and digital assets undoubtedly present opportunities that an entrepreneur can watch out for. I have already made a specific strategy for this sector of activity.
And finally:
6. Physical and alternative businesses.
At some point I would like to have a vegetarian cafeteria, but for now I could start selling vegan cakes and vegetable milks without having a place. I have a friend who could be my partner in undertakings of this type.
I also want to grow and produce my food and travel a lot mainly by bicycle and for me all that is also a type of enterprise that at some point I could tie up with my other activities.
**In conclusion,** now I am in another moment of my life in which I need balance, on the one hand I need to be active and create on the other I need peace and serenity. All this I want to be reflected in my endeavors. Now for me it is not only important to earn money but also to be happy and take care of the environment and people.
So I'll work on my ideas! Thank you for reading.

My strategy with crypto assets.
It is easy for people who have read me a little to see that I have a kind of ambivalent feelings and thoughts about the digital economy.
On the one hand I see that as digital assets we are presented with great investment options that could help many people to capitalize, but on the other hand I see that before the imminent arrival of the governments to the party, we could lose many freedoms and privacy in our purchases and transactions, just the opposite of what you want to achieve.
However, I do not stop seeing an opportunity in this and that is why in this article I do a small analysis of how I am going to work in the different opportunities to earn crypto assets. This article will help me a lot to have an order and a strategy.
So here we go:
1. Mining:
It is not something that initially catches my attention as it takes a fairly large investment and the rewards tend to be low. I think that I would only enter this option if, due to some other project, I had idle equipment that I could take advantage of and I would also look for some way to make it more environmentally friendly.
2. Staking and decentralized finance:
This option does attract my attention because of the potential it could have. Especially in decentralized projects that for now are giving high interest and returns. I think at some point I will make some trial investments.
3. Trading:
It's not my favorite activity, but I'm talented and it could help me capitalize. I definitely take this option into account and I already have some experience.
4. Hold of any crypto asset:
Also to take into account. We would all like to discover the next great gem on the market and I have a few favorites. The strategy here is so simple that it may seem funny, but I hope to do a good analysis and leave my investment behind for a long time. With a little fortune and market support, you may be able to make some interesting profit.
And now my favorite:
5. Writing and social networks:
Writing and participating in decentralized social networks is my favorite activity when it comes to crypto assets. To begin with because I like to read and write, I also like to participate in social networks and interact, so I think that this option of earning and accumulating crypto assets is the one that I enjoy the most and that suits me best. I hope to gain more in this part.
And finally:
6. Other options:
Here I include ICO's, NFT's and other options that are not the focus of my strategy, but that at some point I could use if I find a project that resonates with me.
I am also an entrepreneur and perhaps in the medium term I will get involved in developing my own ideas and platforms, taking advantage of the technology and the communities that I can build.
We'll see what happens, but always writing helps to have ideas a little clearer.
Thanks so much for reading.
The central midfielder.
Often fans (and some not so fans) tend to think that soccer is a sport that is played mainly and almost exclusively with the feet. However, nothing could be further from the truth.
And although soccer is a very physical sport with a lot of contact, it is also true that it is a strategy game in which tactical situations are just as important as athletic abilities.
And this is where the "core column" of the team is so important, since it is the area that offers security and stability to the game and within that core we have the figure of the central midfielder.
The central midfielder.
The central midfielder is an intelligent player, quick on his feet, but above all quick to think.
He keeps tidy and gives order to his teammates, he is a reference to go out playing and to look for safe passes.
He often has good individual technique, perhaps not at dribbling at speed, but at turning on himself and kicking off the game.
He is a good fixed tactics kicker and has a good last pass.
There are several types, some more creative and some more defensive, but all very complete and intelligent.
Sometimes the central midfielder has to go at a different pace than his teammates, both up and down. It happens that sometimes the team is in a hurry and is playing very fast, so the central midfielder has to put the pause and the foundations so that the advance is more sustainable.
This is not popular sometimes, especially for someone watching from the outside, but it is necessary. Without a reading of the times the equipment could have only accelerator and no brake or vice versa.
Be a central midfielder in society.
And yes, sometimes someone has to play that role of balance, of laying the foundations, of being at times a little unpopular, but always thinking about what is best for oneself, for the team and for the times. And this is true in the social, in the economy, in crypto assets, in political opinions, etc.
So if you are a central midfielder don't be afraid to try to understand the times, the development of the game could prove you right at some point.
And if you are not a central midfielder, but you are for example a defender or a forward then that is fine, but try to understand your role in the game and the role of others in the game.
Don't forget, reading the times makes football be football and not just athletics. The answer will always be in us.
Thesis, antithesis and synthesis.
Life moves in infinite ascending spirals of knowledge. Every movement is cyclical and every force needs its immediate opposite to balance our world.
The theory of synthesis is generally attributed to Hegel, however it is very likely that some of his contemporaries coined it.
In this theory we can realize that for there to be evolution, thoughts or movements are needed in opposition to balance things and even more so: to give rise to a new thesis of more comprehensive knowledge.
This will always be infinite since we are always in motion and each situation demands a thesis with which to correspond.
So, for example, in our economic system the thesis that has dominated the world for the last 200 years has been capitalism and the antithesis has been socialism. A good synthesis could be, for example, a greener, more inclusive and sustainable capitalism.
In the previous example we must not forget that capitalism was at the time an antithesis to more elitist economies, centered on fiefdoms and monarchies where the slavery of the masses predominated.
Let's see another example, now with medicine: perhaps the first theses were traditional health systems, how to take herbal preparations and traditional systems such as Ayurveda. Then we saw an increase in synthetic chemicals from nature, which are probably more effective, but also more secondary problems. In recent years we are seeing a return to nature and probably a good synthesis would be to achieve the balance and combination of both worlds, both traditional medicine, modern medicine and chemistry.
Thesis, synthesis and antithesis in monetary systems.
We are going to. What concerns us and that is that in our economy and ways of using money we have also seen changes (and we will continue to see them) throughout the history of humanity.
The first monetary or economic thesis was probably barter, in still developing societies you could, for example, exchange one lettuce for four tomatoes.
This had its advantages and disadvantages, so they had to use methods to equalize the value of the products, thus emerging items that served as an intermediary such as shells, feathers and stones.
Notes and coins are also an exchange system. Coins have sometimes been backed by a protective value like gold, and sometimes they have relied solely on the trust of many people using that currency.
The system gave rise to the appearance of central banks, which, realizing the trust in their means of exchange, have often printed more notes and coins than those corresponding to the size of their economies, giving rise to inflationary problems and other crises. .
We are now at another peak in economic history, as discontent with banking and government elites, as well as low social mobility (among other evils) have created a generation of entrepreneurs who see technology as their opportunity to capitalize and to be more in control of your finances.
This is why the emergence of digital assets that allow more decentralization and more control over personal finances.
But not everything is positive, the anonymity and privacy that digital assets now have will disappear and will make us have less privacy at some point.
It is likely that when governments see their own interests they will join the wave of crypto assets and that for some time this form of economy will be the dominant thesis.
The synthesis.
There are things that physical money does give us, such as easier to carry out a transaction very day to day (Like buying vegetables in a local town) to more anonymity when making a purchase (Contrary to what people may believe).
So when digital assets are the thesis of the moment we will have several paths:
1. Companies will emerge that will create physical versions of crypto assets and that will give them support so that we can have money in our hands for quick purchases and without leaving a fingerprint.
2. We will return to barter and more local currencies, this goes hand in hand with a more ecological life and a return to the countryside.
3. Something totally new will emerge, and
4. One or more combinations of all of the above will be given.
I do not know exactly how or when the synthesis will emerge, the truth is that I hope that the moment will serve us so that we can be freer, more individual in a good way and at the same time more balanced and supportive both between countries and people. And finally, I hope that when the moment comes, this synthesis will bring us economics and ecology hand in hand.
The answer is always in us.
Don't get caught up in the system.
Many human activities have been born as anti-system movements and have managed to change the world in which we live.
However, our economic system then uses disruptive movements such as new forms of domination and mass manipulation, thus achieving the famous brown cat effect: changing everything so that nothing changes.
And of this we have many examples in the history of mankind, from Christianity itself that began as a movement to expose intense Jewish ritualism and then became a dominant religion worldwide to soccer, which was a popular and neighborhood game. and now it is a way to lull populations. This without neglecting musical genres such as rap and reggaeton that began by denouncing conflictive social situations and later became products of mass consumption.
And make no mistake, I am not criticizing capitalism or the industrialization of certain sectors, but I am criticizing the spiritual and social numbing agendas that the elites impose on their peoples.
Something similar happens with crypto assets, they began as (and are) a disruption that can help change the world economy, but because of the speculation that volatility generates and to bring investments closer to people who did not have access to investment markets with good prospects.
The mission of crypto assets is not to become currencies for daily use and compromise our privacy due to the digital footprint, but to capitalize on a generation of people who, thanks to that money, will be able to generate other changes.
When you change you no longer want to participate in corrupted systems, but we have to do it for the sake of evolution. So some interaction between the traditional economy and the disruptive economy will be necessary, but we have to do our part so that crypto assets by becoming the new status quo do not become a bad thing for people and that the cure comes out worse than the illness.
Conclusion.
Crypto assets are here to revolutionize the world thanks to speculation and investment and so that by generating a synthesis with the current system we can generate healthier and more inclusive economies.
The answer will always be with us.
Crypto assets: cooperation and competition.
Humans until now have been mostly educated under a logic of competition, for better or for worse this has shaped our species for most of our history.
Wars and conflicts and more recently competitiveness in our businesses, sports and studies have made us what we are today.
We have made progress, but we still have a long way to go. Crypto assets in addition to their digital functionalities are in many cases accompanied by good reasons and good intentions, which is why this post is a vindication of cooperation.
And although in the world of crypto assets it is often said that for some to win, others have to lose, I believe that this is not always the case and here I write some points about this:
We do not know the strategy of others.
Losing in a position does not necessarily mean losing in the medium and long term. Sometimes it is necessary to take losses or sell negative to capitalize, but this does not necessarily mean losing in the long term.
The important thing is the medium and long term.
And it is that although many of us do scalping or trading for our things, the true profit of crypto assets will be in the medium and long term, since probably many people will be able to capitalize.
This is not to imply that I see crypto assets as mainstream currencies in the future, as that would destroy the opportunities for volatility, privacy and the values of crypto assets.
Many crypto assets have good causes.
From giving us more privacy and freedom to environmental purposes, many digital assets have positive purposes that could make us cooperate more as humanity.
Conclusions.
I do not want to be utopian on these issues, competitiveness will still be present in humanity, but every day we will become more cooperative beings. Unhealthy competition often separates and divides us, cooperation is something more desirable in the future of humanity and crypto assets could help us achieve it if we use them wisely.
The answer is always in us.
The opportunity of Latin America with cryptocurrencies.
Latin America is a privileged area in the world, it has great natural wealth and great biodiversity. However, this wealth has not been well managed and to some extent has made local and foreign elites see Latin America as a zone of resource extraction only.
However, Latin America is an area that also thrives despite its social problems. Today many countries have relevant economies that rub shoulders with the great world economies.
In this context, Latin America is a particularly interesting area for the development of cryptocurrencies and in fact this could be the turning point that turns things in the opposite direction.
Here I will expose some basic and general points of the area and that could turn Latin America into an area of great economic development thanks to crypto assets:
Little prepared legislation.
What at first may seem negative could turn into something positive and is that sometimes what is the cause of misfortune can be the cause of salvation, this being true for individuals and groups.
With less interference from governments and regulators, cryptocurrencies can be true tools of empowerment and decentralized finance.
Little vision of more developed countries.
It may be that by maintaining the status quo, the elites of stronger countries do not want the empowerment of their citizens, leaving them at a disadvantage compared to their Latin American peers.
Entrepreneurial people and demographic bonus.
People in Latin America are entrepreneurs and lately entrepreneurs are seen with better eyes. People want to keep up with other parts of the world and with a large base of young people who learn technology faster, the conditions may be ripe for great disruption.
These are some of the points in favor, Latin America cannot continue to be only a producer of raw materials or now it has its own industrial revolution in front, only that it is a technological and financial revolution.
Are you going to make it?
I think that to a large extent yes, for now three countries in the region are among the countries that are most involved in cryptocurrencies.
Only time will tell, for the moment it is a unique opportunity that combined with other factors could balance things in the world and bring more sustainable development to the region.
The tempo and the Latin Americans will have the answer.
Cryptocurrencies and governments
Enough has already been written about the news that a Central American nation (El Salvador) has created legislation for cryptocurrencies and that is why I want to make my own reflection on how I have been seeing and living this process.
**The enthusiasm for the new.**
At first I was quite happy with the news that in El Salvador there were going to be more opportunities with cryptocurrencies. At this first moment, I shared information about the news and even debated with some people about the benefits that this would bring to the economy of El Salvador and Central America.
**Deeper reflections.**
Later, a few days after the news was announced, I began to ask deeper questions on the subject. Actually one of the things I like the most about crypto assets is volatility. Contrary to most people, I like volatility, since I believe that, when applied well, it can be a capitalization instrument. So the interference of governments and their interest in maintaining a certain stability in their economy could lead them to intervene in the free market of cryptocurrencies to implement "stability" measures, this being bad for investors who want to capitalize.
Another of my fears began to be freedom and privacy, two banners of the principles of cryptocurrencies, but which could be compromised by government intervention.
**The official information.**
After the official explanation of the authorities of El Salvador, I think that many of my fears have dissipated a bit, since they have tried to make an intelligent balance between the needs of the government and those of the investors. I hope that other Central American governments will take this example, but in any case my ideal is not that cryptocurrencies are legal tender in all countries. I believe that a balance between physical money and digital investments is necessary for the window of opportunity to remain open.
**My personal conclusion.**
In any case, I prefer to see digital money as crypto assets and not as cryptocurrencies. I see that each project has its uses and the ecosystem complements itself, which is good for the development of many ideas and it is good for investors. But I do not see the projects as legal tender cryptocurrencies in all countries as I believe that this would take away opportunities for new entrepreneurs and help maintain the equal status quo and take away opportunities for social mobility.
I would like to know your opinion on this topic.

El emprendimiento y yo. / Entrepreneurship and me.
*"Entrepreneurship is in some way the common thread in my life since I have had interests that have changed over time and the motivation is that they have been modified, but almost always I have taken work and economic situations with a vision oriented towards undertake.*
*This text is a summary of what I have done on my own as an entrepreneur and it is important for me to put it in writing to be able to see in retrospect my successes and mistakes and also to know when I am and how to project myself.*
***My beginnings.*** *In my first formal job, at the age of 19, I was fortunate to meet my boss and the owner of the company in a slightly more personal way than many of the company's workers.*
*My boss, who was perhaps in his 30s by then, was already an accomplished and experienced businessman. His company was a tire sales company founded by his father, for which he already had a family entrepreneurship school. The challenge and the success of my boss was to take the organization to another level, starting to open branches and establishing more formal processes.*
*My boss connected a lot with me, perhaps because of the energy that I showed and because of the desire that he had to achieve economic progress. I think somehow seeing me reminded him a bit of himself when he was younger. Unlike other workers, I did not see him with negative envy, but rather wanted to learn from him and for several turns of life he ended up trusting me to be in charge of a new branch that he was going to open in a department in the country.*
*This gave me a great experience, since we were able to have a little more in-depth talks. Also, although it was a job, I was for the first time in charge of various processes and in some way in charge of the personnel. It was also my first experience of life outside my home and it gave me a lot of insight on many issues. By then I was also enjoying extensive readings on entrepreneurship, the seed was sown. After a few months I returned to the capital, I no longer advanced in the employment positions of the company and for that reason and other situations I decided to resign.*
***My first undertaking: a taxi.*** *Used to earning money and with the money that I had saved plus a small amount of money from a family inheritance, I bought a car to turn it into a taxi. My idea was not to manage it, since I already thought like an entrepreneur. I wanted someone else to work it while I made other income.*
*My goal was to have a fleet of about 5 taxis, so that the business would already be more economically sustainable. In this experience I had my first contacts with doing procedures to obtain permits, pay taxes, search and work with the pilot, etc. It was his doubt a good experience in the administrative part. At the same time, he was doing some minor activities that supplemented my income. The daily cash flow part was also very good. On the negative side, I have to point out certain social situations that affected me, such as pilots who did not take care of the car, fines that I had to pay, fears about the insecurity that existed at that time, among other situations. So, after almost two years and due to the need for cash, I canceled the taxi line and sold the car. I think it is a good business when you can enter with more capital to have more cars from the beginning and you can establish processes. It is not something that I would rule out for my future, but having the aforementioned processes and also I would like to give a more environmental focus to the business, such as having gas or electric cars.*
***My first foray into technology.*** *After these experiences a friend spoke to me to participate in his nascent company. He spoke to me from my experience. The company is primarily a technology services sales company. I made some of the first sales of the company and established some of the important processes This association with my friend allowed me to mobilize a lot, go out, interact with business owners and managers and ultimately continue to add experience as an entrepreneur and emerging businessman. On the economic side, this company allowed me to support myself and make important payments for several years. We had some disagreements on how to expand the company and we had a phase of loss of customers and stagnation. Then I had several personal situations that made me distance myself a little from that friendship.*
***My present.*** *Now I have had a time away from work and entrepreneurship, time that has served me to get to know myself more, analyze what I have done and what I want. In this time my vocation for the care of nature has emerged so my endeavors are marked by that. Vocation. I have been focusing on the digital economy, such as digital content creation and buying and selling.*
*also want to venture into the purchase and sale of crypto assets. I think at this point I am ready to do some logistics tests and then ask for investment to do operations with more volume and more profitable. I mostly want to buy and sell assets, but without leverage and have more organic growth. It depends on how I go with these investments and digital activities, I will analyze and take my next steps. I should also write that I have had other minor endeavors and that for family and relationship reasons I have been exposed to other endeavors in which I have collaborated perhaps in a slightly more indirect way. So here I am trying to start creating my ventures, but now also with more personal and environmental awareness."*

The importance of the union of Central America.
*Texto traducido al inglés al final. / * Text translated into English at the end.
*"This is a subject that I am very passionate about and about which I want to write without giving it a political connotation.*
*I believe that somehow human beings aspire to live in a totally free world without borders, however in my opinion this moment of evolution and consciousness has not yet reached humanity to be able to materialize.*
*The national states as we know them must still be present perhaps for quite some time, what is certain is that little by little we could see more frequently that the territories are getting larger and blocks of countries are being formed than at the same time. At the same time, our ideas of borders are diminishing.*
*And it is up to me to write about the Central American union. I prefer to use the word "reunification" since many Central American countries were already one country on several occasions, but they have not managed to maintain themselves over time. But now it is different, the new generations want true development in the region and the signs of the times, such as the internet, have made us realize that physical borders should not limit us. Currently, Central America is made up of the states of Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama. In addition to the Dominican Republic, which has joined the integration processes of Central America. Historically and geographically, some southern states of Mexico have also been important in the history of Central America.*
*The union of Central America would be good for many things:*
***It would give economic development.*** *A united Central America would suddenly become the fourth or fifth most important economy in Latin America. It would be made up of more than 50 million people, which would help generate economies of scale and generate foreign investment and new local industries.*
***I would take better care of its biodiversity.*** *Central America is one of the most bio diverse regions in the world and the union would allow joint legislation on issues such as protection of natural areas, waste treatment, evolution of the energy matrix, etc.*
***It would be good for the entire American continent.*** *A united and strong Central America would bring wealth to our entire continent, prevent massive migrations, help sustainable economic growth, and be good for the most developed economies in the region.*
***I would be an example to the world Other regions*** *of the world made up of small countries could learn from the integration models used by Central America and could be the light to achieve a more united world. For these and many other reasons, the union of Central America would be a success for Central America and for the evolution of humanity. Times are changing and human beings must transform ourselves, but so must countries. There is still a lot of fabric to cut on this issue, but I want to sow the intention in the people who can read."*

Sanarnos para sanar al medio ambiente. / Heal ourselves to heal the environment.
*(Many of us have become interested in caring for the environment in recent years. This could be due to a greater media exposure to the problems facing our planet as well as the increased level of our individual and collective consciousness. The truth is that many of the problems our planet faces are also a reflection of the wounds that human beings bear individually. For example, many of us were born in countries or societies with conflicts, it may also be that we were born in homes with poor communication and all of this is manifested in our environment and in our world. Sometimes we are so hurt with our environment that we also want to destroy what is around us, of course we do this many times in unconscious or subconscious ways. The density of our emotions not purified and transformed ends up dense our relationship with nature and the environment in which we live. For example, a child who is mistreated or little listened to by her parents is more likely to manifest some type of violence towards small animals, insects or plants since the negative energy accumulated in him will look for ways to get out. So recycling is fine, stopping using unnecessary materials is fine, planting trees is fine, all of this is very necessary, but in a way it is a second level of caring for the environment. The "first level" for all this to take root is to heal ourselves, feel and forgive past hurts, mend and improve our personal relationships, integrate our collective and individual history, heal family histories, and so on. After all, the world is only a manifestation of our interior, if we heal the interior we will be able to heal the exterior, if we clean the exterior we will be able to clean the exterior. So maybe the next time you forgive yourself or someone else or the next time you have patience with someone you will also be caring for and healing our planet earth. Of course we need many environmentalists, people planting trees, people creating green projects, but we also need people healing, ordering, cleaning and purifying individual, family and collective conscience. The invitation then is to heal, you do not have to go out and take action for the climate if you do not want to or can (I hope that we all do), but you can create clean, orderly, loving and transcendent environments that are manifested in our environment . What do you need to heal? What do we need to collectively heal? The answer to a healthier world is in each one of us).*

¿Los automóviles eléctricos pueden ayudar al planeta? / Reflections on electric cars.
*Texto en inglés al final. / English text at the end.
*(I'm not a fan of cars, in fact driving is not an activity that I like. I prefer other topics, but today I want to reflect on a more popular and media topic such as cars. And I am a lover of nature, so although I do not like cars so markedly, I do celebrate that large companies are accelerating their processes to carry out an energy transformation. This can be a good thing, we need to stop burning so many fossil fuels that pollute the atmosphere, although this poses significant challenges. In the first place, I think that the great merit that the change from traditional vehicles to more ecological vehicles is going to have is to bring the debate to the ground. Normally the bulk of the population is not usually interested in environmental issues (at least that's my perception) and the electric car market has the potential to bring environmental terms and concepts to an important sector of our populations. Stopping using oil in addition to helping the air will also be good to largely avoid the exploration and drilling of wells that often damage ecosystems. Among the main issues to be resolved are the following: that electricity also be produced in a sustainable and clean way and that the need for batteries and parts does not originate in new forms of excessive exploitation of land and resources. Certainly long ways to go. You can probably do more specific reviews on this topic at some point. I say goodbye not without first mentioning that we can always reduce our environmental footprint in transport, by walking more, perhaps using a bicycle, trying to use the best public transport options at our disposal, better organizing our trips, etc. I would like to know what do you think of this topic? Thanks so much for reading).*

La importancia del vegetarianismo. / The importance of vegetarianism.
*(I thought a bit about writing this text since I do not want to "impose" a way of thinking and especially because I am not so ready to write from my personal experience.*
*However, in the absence of inspiration, I have decided to turn to this topic that I would probably deal with anyway).*
*(Vegetarianism, although it has been present for a long time in the history of humanity, is now that it has received more media coverage for the problems of pollution and climate change.*
*I believe that somehow vegetarianism will be the main form of food in the medium term for much of humanity as it represents great advantages (I am referring to vegetarianism and veganism as a broad way of calling plant-based diets). Here I want to write about some of those advantages:)*
*(****It's better for the planet****: Producing plants for food reduces the amount of land that is deforested and reduces our water footprint. Additionally, it reduces the polluting emissions that we send into the atmosphere.*
*Of course we have to grow smart and sustainably to reap these benefits).*
*(****Avoid violence****: And it is time that we begin to see animals as beings that feel and have inherent rights, to end all other forms of violence we must remove violence from our food).*
*(****It is an economic revolution:*** *With the number of more informed clients, companies will have to evolve and this will present economic opportunities in areas that perhaps remain to be seen. Vegetarianism and green jobs and ventures could start to become the most common thing, even though we don't have all the answers at this point right now).*
*(****It is a leap of consciousness for humanity:*** *The true evolution of humanity is surely a more collective spiritual evolution and surely an evolution of our diet will help us to be more loving and empathetic.*
*To conclude, I want to write that my path to a more conscious diet has not been entirely easy due to many personal, family, social and economic variables, but it does not always have to be this way. Those are probably topics for other posts. For now I am content to sow doubt and maybe somehow we can all build a better planet for ourselves, for the animals and for the planet itself. And you, would you eat a vegetarian or plant-based diet? Would you think or could you try this option? Thank you very much for reading and helping me).*

**Comprar a granel.**
