Out of curiosity, how to add wallet address to our noise profile? I don't see the settings. Or is there any eligibility to add BCH wallet address to start earning?

@Denion

How does this new noise app work? Is there any earning on this platform like the previous noise cash or read cash? I think I'm lost. :D

@Denion

Thanks @emily2u for the update on this new noise platform. Been slacking in the old noise.cash platform though. Now, let's start something new here!

Be Grateful For don't know what reason, today is the first time I feel grateful being stuck in heavy traffic (or maybe just for today) and through this, I do a self-reflection and asking myself why I feel that way. We'd been through 19 months of lockdown due to pandemic here in Malaysia. Since the first lockdown, traffic had been much lesser as compared to usual. Yeah, at some times I did enjoy the smooth traffic because I still drove out once a while either for work or for grocery shopping. Today is the first day my wife resumes back to work in office. Fetching her to work and back from work, there will always be heavy traffic because her workplace is in the city center. Today when I go through the heavy traffic, instead of feeling the packed roads, I feel that the city is alive! See, this had been happening before the pandemic - the heavy traffic but yea we went through that almost everyday because that was the norm. We complained about the heavy traffic and we actually made ourselves more frustrated. Today's feeling is totally opposite because I feel that "C'mon man, this city is back alive as it is before!" Sometimes, we take things for granted, not appreciating them when they are actually around us all the time but only come to a realization when all those things are taken away from us. In life, I think it is good to always remind yourself to be grateful and appreciate everything in life. To start off, always be grateful and appreciate yourself! This is something that we always look down on - belittling the power of being grateful and appreciative of yourself. Focus on what God has given you and not enlarging what is the thing that you lack of. Of course, there are many other things to be grateful of and sometimes we really need put this in mind and just remind ourselves of these. Eventually, this will change the way we look things. For example, the traffic jam that I mentioned above. :)

Entrepreneurship vs. Employment **Entrepreneurship** is definitely good? **Employment** is definitely stable? What are your thoughts? My simple thought on this is... not everyone can be entrepreneur and not everyone will stay being employed forever. Both entrepreneurship and employment have their pros and cons and somehow in my opinion, both co-exist together so you can't say which is better than the other. Being an employee... ... is not entirely stable too. I guess this pandemic had proven this for sure that employees are at the risk of losing job if their employers decided to cut cost due to a a lost. Yeah, it is stable in terms of getting a stable income, a stable increment though it might not be a big increment, a stable job scope (maybe?) and asides from these... I think that's it. There's always a two side of a coin, some see this as a benefit to them but some see this as a restriction. Irregardless, I think we should utilize the situation that we are in. For example, being an employee, I can leverage on the stable income that I have yet venture into something else that I will love to do asides from the full time job I'm employed to do. By doing this, we actually learn more stuffs, increasing our own value. Of course not all will think that way until one feels that "argh, I can't just stay like this forever!", if you know what I'm saying. This is also where someone just wanna do more than being an employee and jump into entrepreneurship... Being an entrepreneur... ... IS NOT ABOUT JUST EARNING BIG MONEY! I think many people have this idea that entrepreneurs earn a lot... that's why they also wanna be entrepreneurs. But we also came across many many entrepreneurs that fail and why is it so? Because if the reason of jumping into entrepreneurship is to earn the moolah, then likely you won't sustain long. Entrepreneurs are actually people that come out with solution to existing world's problems and hold this as their mission in life to help more people to come out of their problems without putting money first. Of course I'm not saying that entrepreneurs don't want to earn money because they ain't doing charity also but the solution they provide will eventually earn them the money that they want. Being an entrepreneur is good if you are on the path of solving the people's problem and not just about thinking of profiting from the people. By the way, which entrepreneur that you respect the most? It is okay... to be either an entrepreneur or an employee so long you are satisfied with whichever choice you make. Don't look down on yourself if people say something like "Go and be an entrepreneur and don't stay being and employee forever" to you. You can also be a very successful employee... you know? If you know you are someone that can do more than that, then why not being an entrepreneur? You really never know you can do much more than what you are doing right now. Do share me your thoughts in the comment section below! I will love to know your thoughts on this.

#2 Thoughts in My Mind 3 days ago, I helped a lady to pay her groceries and posted it here on noise.cash. She approached me asking for $1.20 for her meal but because I didn't have single cash with me since I'm using eWallet, so I offered her to go to the grocery store with me and asked her to buy whatever she wanted. Ended up paid for her groceries that she took for her family and that costed only $5.40. I thought that would help her much more compared to just giving her the $1.20 and left away. https://noise.cash/post/l0k4p8gn What actually went through my mind... previously I don't really help those that beg for money... you know those just taking a plastic cup walking around hoping people will just throw some money into their cup. The first thought that came to my mind when this lady approached me was this whereby I didn't wanna just give just because she asked. What suddenly struck me was... during this pandemic, things can be different. And by looking that the way she asked me politely (very different from those that just take their cup and walking around asking for money) and she just say she want to buy herself a meal will do. I know just by giving $1.20 will only help her with one meal, then how...? She needs to go around asking for money for meal again? And also because I didn't have cash at that time, I asked her to go into the store to just grab whatever she wanted to eat and I would pay for her. My offered to her actually opened my eyes and my mind after that. After I offered her to go into the grocery store with me, I actually observed what she took from a distance. She straightaway went to the vegetables and fruits section to grab what she wanted. Obviously she ain't just grabbing food for herself. And what touched my heart when she took her stuffs to the counter for me to pay was she told me she took this for her family at home and asked if it was too much for me to pay. What she actually took was 5 apples, 2 packets of vege, 1 packet of beansprout, a packet of potatoes (not sure how many are they inside the bag) and another few stuffs which I forgot what they were. The look on her face showed me that she felt bad taking so much for the family but compared to what I usually bought for my family, hers was so much lesser. I just comforted her and told her don't worry so much about the amount, just take what you need. So yea, it didn't cost much and this was something I could afford to help. During this pandemic, I have to keep remind myself if people around me ask for help, they really need help and I will try my best to help whatever I can within my means. I might need help too... might not be in terms of financial help but so long I need help and if there are people that can help, I will also feel glad and relieved. So let's keep an eye on the people around us especially our neighborhood and the people within our community. I believe when you practice more giving, you will actually receive more!

I'm very new to read.cash here. Until now not really very familiar with the platform here and perhaps too used to the convenience of noise.cash. Thanks to @emily2u for being my first sponsor though I'm still not so sure how this sponsorship works. Also I'm inspired mainly by her consistency postings here.

#1 Thoughts in My Mind 2 days ago, I brought my wife to take AstraZeneca vaccination. Posted it here on noise.cash. Because I couldn’t go into the hall with her. I waited for her outside the centre at the roadside walkway. So one main thought was running in my head during that one hour. https://noise.cash/post/lz38kn48 If you saw my post on noise.cash, the experience before entering the hall wasn’t good because the volunteers were impatient and scolding and shouting to almost everyone who was going to enter the hall. Yes, so my wife and I were being shouted as well with their angry face. After my wife entered the centre and while I was waiting, I was looking and observing them while they are working. In my mind I thought… “why couldn’t you all instruct nicely and patiently?” Putting yourself in the others’ shoes… Since I had the time, I thought further… then I came to a conclusion that I couldn’t just judge them just by that one bad experience because prior to that, the 2 times vaccination that I went for at this same centre (one when I brought my mum-in-law, another one was me myself), the experience was good. First thing first, I had no idea how long had they been volunteering to work there. Second, just too bad, that day was scorching hot and they are directing people to enter the centre under hot sun. So yea, it made things more heaty you know. If I’m at their position, I would lose my cool too. Not to forget, the unstoppable crowds keep coming and entering the centre non stop. I overheard an aunty saying on the phone “eh, this place is more happening than the night market!” After these strains of thoughts, my next thought was, if I’m in that position, how could I improve myself, as in… if shouting and scolding didn’t work, then I should change my method/strategy. From far while I was observing them, their shouting and scolding were’nt effective at all because when I was being shouted at, I don’t know what they actually wanted. They had to repeat shouting and scolding many times to get people to understand which I thought, that could also drain a lot of their energy physically and mentally. With these thought, not only I cooled down and understood the situation, I also reminded myself again how important it is to always put myself in the others’ shoes. If everyone can think from other people’s perspective, this can also resolve a lot of misunderstanding and problems can be solved in shorter time, peacefully. Now try to think of the situation that you’ve been through… if you put yourself in other’s shoes and likewise, the other person does the same, do you think the situation will be much better?

Hello BCH! I'm blessed and honored to earn another crypto just by doing something similar I do on Facebook - social postings! Back in January 2021, I get to know noise.cash through a friend (@helyanwe). Back then, he was just trying out noise.cash as it was still kinda new and introduced it to me as we were doing social mining few years back earning other cryptos like STEEM, HIVE and MITH. Since I stop all those, might as well I try something new. At first, I was a bit skeptical whether this works but after knowing that noise.cash earns Bitcoin Cash, I guessed... this is it! And up until today, I am still enjoying posting in noise.cash and also wanna challenge myself to write in read.cash to know more people within the BCH community. What gets me more excited is this, after earning BCH for 3 months, on the 23rd April 2021, Securities Commission Malaysia officially recognizes Bitcoin Cash as the 5th approved cryptocurrency in Malaysia. A brief introduction on what Securities Commission Malaysia is, it is a self-funded statutory body entrusted with the responsibility to regulate and develop the Malaysian capital market. So currently we have Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash approved in Malaysia's Registered Digital Asset Exchanges. In terms of comparing this to other social mining I did before, earning BCH is more secure as it is a more recognized crypto compared to others. Also, I treat this as a way for almost anyone to accumulate their very first crypto asset. Since most people are in social media like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and etc, you only need to use one more platform like noise.cash to begin your crypto journey. So far, whatever crypto I have is accumulated through these free methods. All I'd done is maybe just put in my time whenever I'm free. Also looking forward to see how BCH community can grow in Malaysia as many are still really not aware that there are actually ways to earn crypto without putting in capital.

Habits I'd been officially in my current company for 1 year and 3 months plus. Yes, I joined my current company - DU Life Group (subsidiary of Manulife Insurance Berhad), one day right before Malaysia entered MCO 1.0 on the 18th March 2020. Imagine the first day you officially join and next day your nation goes into lockdown, exciting time indeed. During this pandemic period, I learnt from the founder of the company to cultivate one new good habit during this pandemic. In fact, he actually advised us to cultivate at least one new habit every year. One of the good habits that he shares that changes his and also most people around him is **reading**. READING Honestly speaking, I don't have this habit at all since young. In fact, I hated reading! I tried to pick up reading but I haven't really fall in love into reading... yet! But something that my founder shared actually "opened up the clog" in my brain. He said that reading just to know and reading to learn and ponder is two different thing. One can have the reading habit but just reading to know isn't really useful but if even if you don't have frequent reading but just to read something that caused you to have deep thoughts and trigger you to change your mindset and thinking. So, instead of just reading a lot, don't just read it through but also read it into your thoughts. This is also the reason why we have this once a week reading activity in the company and we will have our own library in our upcoming new office. This is how serious our founder is wanting us to cultivate this reading habit. At the moment, I only read once/twice in a week. Still not as frequent but I will try my best in this. REGULAR EXERCISE Health is wealth, this statement doesn't sound unfamiliar to all of you but because we need to be always reminded that despite spending time working, we also need to spare sometime to exercise to maintain our health. Exercising is something similar to "maintenance" to our health. Previously before the lockdown, I did sports like basketball, badminton or swimming. Things went down the drain after lockdown, I'd not been exercising since then till last month (June). The main reason (or maybe motivation) is to make sure my body is as healthy as possible for the vaccination tomorrow! Since outdoor activities are not allowed and I try not to go outdoor if possible, so I pick up those no-equipment home workout. Another motivation is also to make sure my weight doesn't go up and to improve my body mass. So far, I'd been doing this for more than 21 days and I'm happy with this new habit. The only thing I anticipate the most is the abs form. Looking forward to have at least a nice looking abs. Once a while I will post my short updates here in my *noise.cash channel*. https://noise.cash/c/workout-fitness-wn1nq55l What about you? For me, at this instance, I only wanna make sure that I have the above 2 habits well cultivated for 2021. What about you... what are the good habits that you want to cultivate for yourself? Perhaps 2021 can be that year of change for you!

Story about Myself 1st day of the 2nd half of 2021, let's do something different! Trying to pick up writing habit (hope I can persist). Before I write more on read.cash, perhaps a simple introduction about myself? Some may know me and some may not. If you know me, most likely you know me from here! Been using noise.cash since January 2021 and I get to know noise.cash first before knowing read.cash. https://noise.cash/u/Denion Who am I? You can call me Denion. I'm a father of 2, married in 2014 (now you know I'm not single and not available anymore). I'm from East Malaysia but already resided in West Malaysia since 2007. Was from the engineering background specialized in ~~Autobots~~ Automation Engineering. Left that industry and put myself in the finance industry in 2015. Currently in the insurance industry and also got myself a Certified Financial Planner certification in 2019. How I got into crypto? The first exposed to crypto was back in 2017 (or 2016?) where I started earning my first crypto for free by writing too! If you guys heard it before, it was Steemit and writing on Steemit will earn you $STEEM and $SBD (Steem Dollars). Stopped writing just right before hive.blog came in and if I remembered correctly that was back in year 2018/19. In year 2017/18, I also involved myself in another social mining app by the Taiwanese called Lit (then renamed to PiePie, pronounced as 'Pai Pai' in chinese) earning $MITH (Mithril). The status of Mithril now is... one word... RUGPULL! Those who were in it will definitely know what's going on in the project. But this app was fun, basically you are creating stories (like those in Facebook and Instagram) and earned crypto by the amount of view time and likes. Really, back then I love this social mining app because I made some friends from Germany and Taiwan. That guy from Germany really met up with us when he came to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. What's next? Okay, the above is something simple about me. Guess this is a simple courtesy to introduce myself before I start my writing journey again. Before that, what do you guys prefer to read or want to know more from my side? This can help me to cut down on content thinking. See you on the next post!
