I woke up one morning with a call from an unknown number, since hindi ko talaga hilig makipag textmate at uso yun noon, I always declined the call and back to sleep again, but the caller was so makulit kaya sinagot ko na lang ng iritado.
But I heard a chuckle on the other line, that made me more irritated, I was about to hang up but he suddenly talked.
" It's me, sorry for not telling you sooner, ang cute lang kasi ng boses mo" the voice was familiar na napabangon agad ako hindi ko maintindihan pero nawala ang pagkainis ko.
"Where did you get my number ?" simpleng tanong ko, ayaw ko namang mahalata nya na medyo kinilig ang umaga ko haha.
" Nagpaload ka kasi kahapon, hiningi ko dun sa loader" That time gusto kong pasalamatan talaga ang loader haha.
From time to time we became a textmate and a callmate, may mga pasulyap din kapag naglalaro sila ng basketball lalo na kapag may liga at ako ang MC slash Announcer, timer ng basketball game.
It was lunch time when he approached me and asked if I was done eating lunch, lahat ng kabarkada nya tinutukso kami, the truth was walang kami, we were only textmate but my young heart started to have feelings for him.

Late at night I received a text message from him " I love you, and I'm gonna miss you" hindi ko alam kung kiligin o maiyak kasi kinabukasan na ang alis ko.
I just replied I love him too, and I'm gonna miss him also. I don't know if that was love, maybe it was puppy love .
________________________One month from Davao and nothing has changed, I can feel his love because from time to time I will receive a text and call from him, kaya kahit medyo malayo kami masaya parin ako.
Until that day came, He suddenly disappeared, no text or calls and I was ashamed to ask my cousin about him, but a week after I received a call from an unknown number, and I never hesitate to answer it hoping that it was him, and I was correct, How can I forget that voice? that voice who was always comforting me, inaway ko talaga sya ng inaway pero tinatawanan lang nya ako, yung tawa na tipong okay na nandito na ako, hindi na ulit kita iiwan.
November came and it was halloween, I was excited to go home because of him, I was excited to see him, gusto ko ring makita ang reaction na kasi medyo kuminis na ang black beauty kong kutis haha. And it was a surprise, walang may alam sa kanila na uuwi ako.
Pag baba ko ng bus, sinalubong ako ng mga kaibigan at pinsan ko, nagtataka sila kung bakit nakauwi ako, but what I did first ?
" Where is he ? " I smiled widely asking for him, hindi lingid sa kaalaman nila na LDR kami ni ano, but no one answered, I just shrug my shoulders and ignore it, because I am just excited to see him the next morning since I arrive almost midnight.
Morning came and it was our time na maglinis sa mga burol at excited na rin akong makita sya, But my friends really was weird because before I reached the entrance of the cemetery they are all approaching me and they are all present, and they don't want me to enter at the cemetery.
" Hey guys, what is wrong?? kahapon pa kayo ahh, ang weird nyo.. " Ngiti ko lang at pumasok na, hindi na nila ako napigilan.
And I was happy to see him, nakatalikod sya pero alam ko na sya yun, but that happiness turned into pain, when I saw him kissing another girl.
Tahimik lang akong lumapit, naisip ko sa mga araw nayun, sana nagpapigil nalang ako.
" Welcome back to me " mapait ang ngiting tugon ko, hindi yun malakas pero sinigurado kung narinig yun ng boyfriend ko, na pagkatapos ng eksenang ito ay Ex ko na sya.
They were both shocked while staring at me, it was so painful on my part because I was trusted him, but maybe because of the hardships that I encountered in life, natuto akong mag tago ng emosyon, na kaya kung tumawa kahit ang sakit sakit na, na kaya kung ngumiti kahit hindi ko alam kung kaya ko pa.
