This photo shows a bunch of logs attached to one another along with cables and a shed on pontoons. Looks like maybe some sort of aquatic farming venture. Given the mountains visible in the photo, I would say this was taken somewhere in the Pacific Northwest or perhaps on a lake somewhere else in the Western part of the country. This was scanned from a 35mm slide and was likely taken in the late 1950s or early 1960s. It was badly faded so this is a version scanned with Digital ICE and color restoration which cleans it up quite a bit.
