This photo features a guy sitting at a picnic table next to a lake, somewhere in the Southeast based on all that Spanish moss. It was in pretty bad shape and still looks it even after processing with color restoration and Digital ICE. While not labeled or dated, it is likely from the late 1950s to early 1960s time frame.
