Tuscan Kale also called cavolo nero - a must have in gardens, but also on menus. It contains many nutritious benefits with tons of vitamins. Can be harvested even as late as December. In fact, frost makes kale taste sweeter. Some shots and then directly in the pan! Lol But first I wash it well, chop it up and it’s simply a matter of sauteing it with olive oil and garlic to flavor it. And ...that’s it, the perfect sauteed Tuscan kale that works as a tasty side dish for any meal. Some nutritious and flavorful greens to our lunch. And some droplets #Dana📸

It's my first time seeing vegetables like this.
Wow! I’ve not seen this variety before. Looks beautiful too 💙
Yep, looks beautiful too!
What kind of a plant is that ma'am?
I'm not familiar with it Dana but I'm curious how does it taste. If only I can walk in and dine in with yahh right away I'll come and have a taste of it :)
Not familiar with it's interesting to learn about it and it's health benefits.
I haven't tried this one yet It looks lik broccoli :) Have a lovely evening, Dana
Given the chance, I would love to try this with rice and meat. I can imagine its olive and garlic saute flavors blend well with rice and steak.
Pentru noi românii tot porcul rămâne cea mai consumată legumă! :-)))
Più gelate prende, più è buono. Il migliore si raccoglie a gennaio,.. E dai di bruschette con olio nuovo :)
