The door seemed further than it actually was maybe due to the effort it cost to reach there. She took one step at a time, the gentle hand that pulled her away from the judgementof the crowd led her on. The stars of the forsaken night were diamonds in the distant blue crying to be noticed yet muffled by the icy presence of polished windows. She thought of so many things at a time...the problem with her was she thought too many things at a time . Its all you have ever wanted Its all you've ever known Deep within you The inquisitive presence at the back of her head woke up with a start, there was none a body more obnoxious and irritating as the inquisitive presence at the back of her head . She tried to reason with herself. Can I settle for less Am I losing too much Will I ever know Well? A thousand voices screaming in her head told her to go back ,to run, to escape. If she did escape would she ever be able to return ? Which was the better salvation? Facing it definitely. Maybe it'd get better with time. The question remains Can you endure your uncertainty until it shows you a better way?
